Great unit! The unit was as advertised in terms of amenities, space, views, etc. The two lanais are a particular plus on this unit. The building, grounds, and unit are top notch. Access to the beach is the only thing they need to work on, and it needs a lot of work. The “stairway” down to the beach isn’t much of one and makes access at times very difficult. For a beachfront property that must be addressed.
