My wife and I have only rented a few times on Kauai and this has been the best yet. The property was as described and well appointed. Stocked with supplies as if the owner were staying. Excellent condition and everything worked! The pathway to the beach is just across the street between the homes that front the beach. Best stay yet! Their app worked well, a bit busy but was very usefully. Bali Hai did an excellent job, from their property description to their paper work (on-line) and personable attention when we had questions. On our last trip a couple of years ago, we found out what a bad rental property and management company can be like – almost no bathroom and kitchen supplies, nothing to light the BBQ with, DVD / TV that wasn’t working correctly, the AC leaking down the inside wall, property wasn’t ready for several hours past the check-in time plus a few more problems with the management company not really being responsive. Bali Hai did an excellent job and sets the bar for a great vacation management company.
