We had a fantastic time at this rental! From the moment we arrived it was clear that a lot of thought was put into everything here. The property is unique and beautiful in a really charming and remote location. You really have everything you could need here and nothing about the house is un-intuitive; everything is fairly straightforward. It only took us a few minutes to understand most everything we needed to know. We have stayed at many vacation rentals in our travels and this is the number 1 most frustrating aspect about most of them (figuring out how the house works.) Whenever a question arose about how a device might turn on or something, there was a handy, informative p-touch label there to guide us. We were also pleased to hear back right away from the property manager about a question (we were 99% certain we knew the answer to but were just checking for confirmation.)
Furthermore, the property is very beautifully and ingeniously designed from the ground up. The space is open and feels very comfortable and feng shui.
We would recommend this rental to anyone looking to find peace and quiet comfort and good amenities in close proximity to Volcanoes and we look forward to coming back one day (hopefully during a period of more active lava flow! 😉
