This condo and the entire experience were the best! We have rented from VRBO before but I have to say this beat them all. First of all the condo is as beautiful as the pictures and the amenities are top notch, what you do not see are all the extras. I felt like we were staying in a hotel, there was coffee, creamers, sugar, toilet paper and paper towels galore (most VRBO’s have just a minimum) There was laundry soap and dryer sheets, plenty of trash can liners, soap, shampoo, conditioner, lotion etc….. From my experience you have a few of those but not all. The property management company is amazing to work with, from start to finish. They returned emails and phone calls promptly and with much aloha and professionalism. They even found a beach towel we left in the unit after vacating that belonged to another unit and had it for us. The owners must be very nice people because when I first contacted them about our dates I was told they were going to be there at that time themselves. I explained this was a vow renewal trip and there were 14 of us staying in different units and that theirs would be perfect for my daughter and family. The owners actually re arranged their trip so we could rent their unit. The unit itself was EXTREMELY clean and of course very nicely appointed. Paki Maui is a very nice complex, well maintained. With 14 of us spread out in 5 condo’s, this was the perfect spot for a family gathering. We grilled, watched many sunsets and swam right out front. You have to time when you swim, but in the morning it was like our own private swimming pool because of the reefs. Of course we saw lots of sea life right out front including many turtles and even in late April we saw whales. It could not have been more perfect.
