Our experience at this property was really great. The location is great and the house was clean when we arrived. The house matches the images online very well. One of our requirements for a property was that there was AC, and this property has AC and has multiple control panels throughout the house. We didn’t have any issues with cigarette smoke, from the tenant living down downstairs, as mentioned in previous reviews. The one thing was is there was no additional toilet paper in the guest bathroom in the guest bathroom, so we had to buy our own. But all in all we had a really great time at this property. And all the communications with Turnkey was very easy to follow and they responded to emails quickly.
