We had an amazing stay at the Shores. The condo had everything that we needed. The rooms are huge, the double shower is great, and having a kitchen, washer and dryer really proved useful. The grill on the lanai also played a role in our vacation being super awesome.
We still give it 5 stars and loved staying here but did encounter a couple of things. The cleaners were still here at our check in time and continued to clean for a little over a half hour. The a.c. unit stopped working but Heidi was super helpful and was gonna get somebody in to fix it but we were fine. Also, the bed was a little firmer than I’d like, but that’s probably just me.
Quite a few pluses though; they had a ton of extra blankets and towels, everything was completely stocked. We got sunburn while at the pool and I couldn’t sleep because my shoulders were super itchy. Luckily there was a huge bottle of anti-itch gel in the medicine cabinet and helped me out big time.
Waikoloa is such an amazing place to stay because everything is so near and this unit and property management group is so great-we definitely plan on staying here(or another one of their properties) again.
