We stayed at the house from Feb. 4-9, 2017 and loved it! The house is super comfortable, spacious, very nicely decorated; the kitchen has everything you may need to feel like you do at home; the view is gorgeous–we saw whales every day, turtles several times, lots of interesting fish all the time. When we got to the house, a selection of great , fresh fruit was waiting for us–compliments of the owner, Carolyn, provided by the super nice house care taker, Melissa. We went on a boat ride to see the lava flow–an incredible experience that we highly recommend; we visited the Hawaii Volcanoes National Park; we saw the falls, the macadamia orchard and factory, a farmer’s market in Pahoa on Sunday, Hilo. We ate poke from the deli at the local store all the time. It was a great vacation. Thank you, Carolyn:)
