Neat as a pin; heat pump for cooling!

We loved the location of this unit - right by the pool, lanai always shady! And immediate access to snorkeling and sunsets across the road.

Great Condo

We just got back from staying at this condo and it was great. It was very comfortable, had everything we need and very clean. It is on the first floor which is lovely and the beach is across the street. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

We rent this condo. Every time we go to Maui, steps to the pool and a short distance to the beach. Lots of shopping close by. Condo is stocked with everything you need.

Home away from home

The unit was clean and we have so much fun being right next to the pool.

Great property!

Our 3 week stay in 120 was great. Very clean, lots of towels and kitchen items. Super AC in both rooms which Alaskans appreciate. Excellent location. I love the option to check out late. This complex is friendly, safe and easy to use laundry. We were on ground floor and felt some leaving wetsuits and gear out to dry. Great pool. We would rent this unit again in a heart beat. Thank you and Mahalo.

Great place to stay in Kihei!

Virginia · Jan 2023

We found #120 to be very clean and well-appointed with everything we needed for a comfortable stay- including all the usual stuff, plus extra beach towels, snorkeling gear, boogie boards, and beach chairs we could use. It is right across the street from a great beach, and within walking distance to restaurants and shopping. We loved our ten days there! Would stay again.

Kihei Condo

EDGAR JOSE F. · Jul 2022

Excellent location, just walk across the street and there is a grassy park with facilities and a beautiful beach, great snorkeling and good for kids (lifeguard in duty). Walking down the streets there are some non fancy restaurants, subway, ice cream, and, coffee stores. Condo is comfortable, no need to turn on AC, full kitchen. No dishwasher. Laundry facility outside. The pool is fantastic, kids can play freely, and is great for lap swimming (18 m - 20 y). TV in main bedroom and in living room. I noticed a lot of beach and swimming pool stuff, but we had our own. Sofa bed in the living room is also comfortable. Prices vary with season, and with extra fees the cost will double or triple. Great place to stay

Clean and Comfortable.

Great

This was a great room to stay in. Pro: right across from pool, ac in living room and bedroom, shady location. Con: no Wi-Fi and no cell phone reception.
