Neighborhood

The neighborhood:
Keawakapu Beach gives this Mana Kai location a beach-first feel, but South Maui is still within easy reach. Walk the long shoreline in the morning, then drive toward South Kihei for casual restaurants, coffee, shops, and beach parks. Wailea is close in the other direction for dining and a change of beach. At the resort, the pool, gym, and grills make it easy to spend an afternoon without getting in the car. The private lanai and private laundry are especially useful for a stay that lasts more than a few days.

Transit

Getting around:
Kahului Airport is about 20 to 30 minutes away, an easy drive down Maui's sunny south shore. A rental car is recommended to make the most of Kihei's many beaches, shops, and restaurants spread along the coast. Some stretches near South Kihei Road are walkable to dining and shopping, while beaches are often just minutes away. Parking is typically available on site, in lots, or along nearby streets.

Mana Kai 602 - Feb 2026

The Mana Kai is a GREAT place to stay. You are right on the beach, and the facility has a great grass area and pool. We were able to watch whales breaching from the shoreline.

Everything was great except the bed in 602B…..it needs to

Everything was great except the bed in 602B…..it needs to be replaced. Slopes to one side. Also under the bed in the main room someone left a bundle of towels or something under the bed.

Amazing stay in Maui

The condo was the ideal location! Right on the beach with amazing views! It had everything we needed for our week long stay. We are a family of 5, 2 college aged kids and 1 in High School. Enough room for all of us. It was clean and updated. AC worked great after long days in the sun.
