Kahului Airport is about 20 to 30 minutes away, an easy drive down Maui's sunny south shore. Some stretches near South Kihei Road are walkable to dining and shopping, while beaches are often just minutes away. Parking is typically available on site, in lots, or along nearby streets.

We love the ground floor unit for easy access to the beach. This location of this unit is much more quiet than others we have stayed in. Looking forward to returning next year.

I love Sugar Beach, this condo has a spectacular view and being on the first floor you don‚Äôt have to drag your bag up a bunch of stairs. You can walk right out of the lanai onto the beach, there is some grass and then the beach and you should actually go out your front door and lock the doors‚Ä¶ But you could walk out the lanai go across the grass and you‚Äôre on the beach. It‚Äôs fantastic. It is amazing. The condo was nice. It would‚Äôve been nice to have a few more dishes But other than that it was a lovely experience. We didn‚Äôt spend a lot of time inside and the condo took care of all of our needs. The property is a gorgeous. The pool is lovely and well maintained and you were right on the beach. You can‚Äôt find a better deal.

Centrally located on the island makes it easy to get everywhere. Loved the ground floor walk out to the beach which was beautiful and the quite property was relaxing.
