The Perfect Home Away from Home

Renaldo · Dec 2024

This vacation condo truly feels like a home away from home. After staying in many condos across Hawaii, this one stands out above the rest! From the scenic walking trails and stunning natural beauty to the perfect weather and nearby beaches, everything about this place is exceptional. The peaceful atmosphere, impeccably maintained gardens, inviting pools, convenient parking, and ease of access make every stay a pleasure. With a fully stocked kitchen and spotless cleanliness, it’s perfect every time. Highly recommend!

The Most Amazing Property in Maui

Renaldo · Oct 2024

This condo is hands down the best rental in Maui! I keep coming back because nothing else compares. It’s always spotless, the furniture is in great condition, and the kitchen is stocked with everything you could possibly need. The views from the balcony are unbeatable—you get golf courses and the ocean all in one shot. Plus, the location is perfect: just minutes from the best beaches, with a free shuttle if you don’t feel like driving, and close to all the local grocery stores and restaurants. Everything is always in top shape, and it feels like a home away from home. Trust me, you won’t find a better price-to-quality ratio anywhere else on Maui. This place exceeds my expectations every single time!

From the moment we arrived, we knew we were in for a fantastic stay. The apartment itself was very clean, comfortable and equipped with everything we needed. We very much enjoyed the outdoor area. The location was ideal, offering both tranquility and convenience. Highly recommend for a peaceful and enjoyable getaway.

Great stay!

Michael · Mar 2024

While the unit is a little difficult to find, especially in the dark, once we got there we entered easily and were very pleased with what we found. The listing accurately depicts the unit and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Everything was very clean and the space is well laid out. All appliances were very current and worked fine. The two bathrooms had showers which was nice in the mornings. We did not cook in the unit, but there were ample dishes, glasses, utensils, coasters, etc. We were easily able to get our Roku stick up and running and were streaming over the wifi just like at home. There is a nice deck off the living room that has a nice view of the golf course, the pine trees, and in the distance, the ocean. We rented through VRBO (normal experience with them, fine) and found Vacasa to be the sub-agent on behalf of the owner. Vacasa was great to deal with and provided us with logical and complete pre-arrival information and checked in with us from time to time ti be sure everything was fine. We will not hesitate to stay here again.

1st timers

Mary B. · Mar 2023

This was our first time staying at this condo. And it was totally by accident. Our initial condo changed management companies and Vacasa offered us multiple other options as a replacement. We sacrificed 2 bedrooms for this one bedroom unit but with 2 full bathrooms it made it very doable for us. It is very well appointed, comfortable with views of the 4th hole with ocean beyond. Hard to beat that. As previous rental owners in Kahana we were pleased to find ourselves in a more peaceful and quiet environment. We also enjoyed our walks which were on sidewalks vs competing with traffic on Lower Honoapiilani Rd which we did at our previous condo. One concern was whether we would be too far away from our previous haunts but being in Kapalua didn’t add on as much time as we anticipated. We went to same beach, restaurants, church that we did before. We look forward to return again.

Whale of a time!

Very clean and well appointed property. Golf view and limited Ocean views. Great time of year to see the Whales!!

Beautiful condo!

Steven · Nov 2022

We enjoyed our time at this condo! A great perk that you have beach chairs, umbrellas and beach towels for your use. It’s a quick drive or even better shuttle ride to two beaches. The condo was very updated and was well equipped. If a peaceful retreat is what you are after this is the condo for you.

Perfect Condo!

The location is perfect especially if you want to golf! If that isn’t your thing-pools-hiking trails-great restaurants-everything you need!

Lovely Kapalua Vacation Villa

Dan F. · Aug 2022

My wife and I enjoyed a week in this lovely villa to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary. It's quite, very clean, well-equipped, well-maintained and close to a pool! While neither my wife nor I golf, we appreciated how easy it was to walk to two lovely beaches (e.g. DT Fleming and Kapalua Beach - both within 20-25 minutes, to resort restaurants and a well-equipped store. Would definitely recommend it to others.
