Neighborhood

The neighborhood:
This West Maui address is ideal for couples who want the coastline close but do not need the bustle of a resort hub. Kahekili Beach Park, Black Rock Beach, and Kapalua Beach are all within four miles for swimming and snorkeling. Fish Market Maui is less than a mile away, making an easy fresh-fish dinner part of the neighborhood routine. The oceanfront setting also makes a drive north toward Kapalua or south toward Ka'anapali an easy choice for the day.

Getting around:
Kahului Airport is Maui's main airport. A rental car is recommended for exploring West Maui's beaches, dining, shops, and coastal sights. Plan on driving for most outings and allow extra time for traffic along the coast.

We enjoyed our stay tremendously! Mahina Surf 106 was newly updated, artfully decorated, and provided incredible amenities including a pantry and storage area. The living room and bedrooms were more than comfortable and spacious, both with large smart TVs. The kitchen was stocked with a complete spice rack, excellent cooking equipment and utensils. The stove and air fryer/microwave were high quality and easy to use. The cupboards were stocked with three lovely sets of dishes and glasses. The wine bar fridge provided extra fridge space and kept beverages cold. We‚Äôve stayed at Mahina Surf many times in the past, but this stay was especially comfortable and luxurious. The bathrooms and showers were spa-like! This unit was INCREDIBLE!

It was beautiful place with everything in the kitchen for cooking, BBQ grill outside facing the ocean, swimming pool right outside Patio doors. We will be back.
