Neighborhood

The neighborhood:
Mahina Surf is on a quieter stretch of West Maui, between the bigger beach areas of Kaanapali and Kapalua. Kahekili Beach Park, Black Rock Beach, and Kapalua Beach are nearby options for swimming and snorkeling. Fish Market Maui is close for fresh seafood, and local markets make it easy to stock up. This shoreline setting suits guests who prefer a lower-key base while keeping popular beaches and dining within reach.

Transit

Getting around:
Kahului Airport (OGG) is about 40 to 45 minutes from the Lahaina area along Maui's west side. A rental car is recommended for beaches, shopping, and dining along the coast, including Kaanapali and Kapalua. Nearby beaches may be just minutes away, but most destinations require driving. Parking is typically available in designated lots, though popular beaches and restaurants can fill up.

My family of 4 enjoyed staying in this unit. All was clean and a breeze to check in and check out. Beautiful views, a fun pool, we would definitely stay here again.

Turtle Lovers

Henriette · Apr 2024

We loved the place. First of all it was very clean and the view from the terrace was stunning. We watched wales swim by, enjoyed epic sunsets and went to see the turtles on the beach every day (more than once). The pool was well maintained and there was enough room to lay down on the chairs. We already recommended this place to all our friends.
