Neighborhood

Mahina Surf is on a quieter stretch of West Maui, between the bigger beach areas of Kaanapali and Kapalua. Kahekili Beach Park, Black Rock Beach, and Kapalua Beach are nearby options for swimming and snorkeling. Fish Market Maui is close for fresh seafood, and local markets make it easy to stock up. This shoreline setting suits guests who prefer a lower-key base while keeping popular beaches and dining within reach.

Transit

Kahului Airport (OGG) is about 40 to 45 minutes from the Lahaina area along Maui's west side. A rental car is recommended for beaches, shopping, and dining along the coast, including Kaanapali and Kapalua. Nearby beaches may be just minutes away, but most destinations require driving. Parking is typically available in designated lots, though popular beaches and restaurants can fill up.

When days heat up, head out to the shared pool or walk down to the sand and watch the tide ebb and flow with a book in hand. When mealtimes come around, the shared gas grills can be a perfect way to cook up some burgers in the fresh air. Plus, the high-speed WiFi and flatscreen TV will be ideal for entertaining the whole gang when the stars come out.

Guests are within four miles of Kahekili Beach Park, Black Rock Beach, and Kapalua Beach (among others!). End the day with delicious mahi mahi from the Fish Market Maui, less than a mile from the condo.

Access

Guests can enjoy the shared oceanfront pool, barbecue grill, and beach access. The landscaped grounds include a lit path to the entrance and disabled parking. Select units include air conditioning and in-unit laundry. Grab rails are available in select units.

We loved it here! Quiet and beautiful! We appreciated the sand toys, snorkels, and boogie board for us to use. Also the sea turtles have their special spot right in front of the condos, what an unexpected treat! Would definitely stay here again.

The property is in a nice location. Excellent view of the ocean and spend the day just watching whale activity. The pool is also heated (for real) which I have stayed in other resorts with "heated" pools but they're not as heated as this. Great interaction with staff - they're all very friendly and accommodating.
