Notes

• This property is managed by Heavenly Vacations.

Our local Heavenly Vacations Maui team is just a call or message away throughout your stay. As islanders who know Maui well, we love sharing our favorite beaches, local grinds, and hidden gems, and we are here to help right away should any issue arise. We respect your privacy and are here whenever you need us.

Neighborhood

The neighborhood:
Kahana is a mellow West Maui community north of Lahaina, where the shoreline and sunsets set the tone. Napili’s sheltered coves are nearby for swimming and snorkeling, while Kaanapali offers restaurants, shopping, boat outings, and Black Rock snorkeling. The neighborhood is quieter than the main resort strip but connected to the coast’s best-known stops. It is a good fit for guests who want beach access and a low-pressure base for exploring West Maui.

Transit

Getting around:
Kahului Airport (OGG) is about 40 to 45 minutes from the Lahaina area along Maui's west side. A rental car is recommended for beaches, shopping, and dining along the coast, including Kaanapali and Kapalua. Nearby beaches may be just minutes away, but most destinations require driving. Parking is typically available in designated lots, though popular beaches and restaurants can fill up.

Space

Let this family-friendly, sixth-floor condo wow you the moment you step inside–you'll experience the beach getaway of a lifetime here! Valley Isle Resort 605 is perfect for a family escapade to the Aloha State and it boasts all the comforts of a home away from home. Start your day with a refreshing fruit juice on the balcony, admiring unparalleled ocean views. This balcony comes equipped with a convenient outdoor dining area so you can enjoy your meals al fresco and with views that you won't forget anytime soon. Speaking of meals, the fully-equipped kitchen features all the cooking essentials and modern appliances to make cooking a breeze. If you'd like to treat yourself to a grilled meal, use the shared gas grills in the pool area. The shared outdoor pool is a great perk you and your friends will have access to during your stay; there's even an outdoor shower by the pool so you can rinse off after spending some time there.

Beachgoers will have the time of their life thanks to this location. Less than half a mile away is Pohaku Park where they can swim and surf to their heart's content. It also has three picnic tables and two BBQ grills in case you'd like to plan an entertaining picnic after swimming. A four-mile drive south brings you to the highly-rated Ka'anapali Beach and Black Rock, one of the best snorkeling spots in all of Maui. We know cooking isn't everyone's forte, but there's no need to worry as you'll be surrounded by great local restaurants such as China Boat, classic McDonald's, Miso Phat Sushi, and Dollie's Pub & Café. Many locals agree that the best way to experience sunsets in Hawaii is from the water–you can book a cruise that departs from Lahaina Harbor, which is seven and a half miles away.

Valley isle 605

The viewfrom the back deck was great. You could sit out there almost anytime of day and not have the direct sun on you like a lot of other units.

Great view

Beautiful view of the water and Lanai. Enjoyed the sunset every day!

Fabulous condo

Moira · Jan 2025

The location is great. Cute little beach within walking distance, whales jumping, turtles frolicking and surfers flying. All visible from the lanai. I shouldn't talk this up so much as we want to go back next year! Vacas welcomed us with chocolate and coffee and a quick tutorial of the TV controller (older generation, what can I say?)
