Whether you spend your days golfing, playing tennis, or snorkeling with sea turtles, it's a joy to come home to this spectacular space.

This two-story home sits at the edge of the golf course near the heart of Princeville, a stunningly scenic community on Kauai's North Shore. Follow the walking/jogging paths that wind throughout the community to reach nearby restaurants, a grocery store, and several secret beaches. Or, hop in the car for a quick and easy drive to downtown Hanalei (four miles), Anini Beach (six miles), the Kilauea Lighthouse (seven miles), or Tunnels Beach (nine miles).

Each morning begins on the lanai out back, a beautiful spot to linger with a cup of coffee, an alfresco breakfast, and a view of the day's first golfers beyond the trees. On sunny afternoons, find a relaxing, shady respite on the covered patio, complete with a gas grill, an outdoor TV, and a dining table for sunset meals.

The showpiece of the house is the great room, where floor-to-ceiling windows frame the golf course, the manicured grounds, and the mature trees out back. It's an open and eminently social space, with the TV area connecting to both the dining room and the kitchen with its stainless steel appliances and richly hued wood cabinetry. Spend your evenings watching movies in the den before retiring to two comfortable bedrooms and an airy loft that acts as a primary sleeping space. Three full bathrooms pair with the three sleeping spaces, providing you and your guests with all the privacy you need.

The location is beautiful, peaceful, and very walkable. Our family of 7 (ages 8-23) loved everything about this place and will stay here again when we return! Our big kids especially loved being able to get to beaches, shops, and trails on their own using the convenient trails in the community. The home is spacious, comfortable, airy, and fully equipped with all the comforts and essentials. Beds are very comfy and the rooms were cool even without A/C throughout - with all the windows, it was so nice to have the fresh breeze and intermittent rain cooling us. The washer/dryer is a major plus, too. The host was responsive and so, so pleasant. Nothing bad about this home (and it’s way more beautiful in person than in photos). So glad we chose this home in such a beautiful place.

nice location, nice home, good appliances, nice yard, comfortable beds, air conditioning needs cleaning, screens need cleaning it was a very comfortable home for our two week stay, just a few minor things need to be taken care of

The house is very nice, in a great location within a peaceful quiet neighborhood. The downstairs portion of the home can be kept nice and comfortable. The upstairs bedroom will need some heat management (running the fans to keep it cool). The house worked out perfectly for our adventures - close to beaches, Hanalei (great Shave Ice @ Wishing Well) and hiking.
