This condo was perfect for our family! We thoroughly enjoyed coffee on the lanai every morning with breathtaking views! There were beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, snorkle gear, pickle ball gear and boogie boards, and coolers for beqch picnicis to borrow. It was just a quick drive to Hanalei Bay, which was our family favorite beach! But 1 Hotel and Hideaway Beach were walking distance also! The kitchen had everything we needed! All the other guests we met at the pool were so friendly also! We had the best trip and we will definitely be back!

The property was exactly what we expected based on the photos and description. Grounds are clean and safe. Great views. I think our only small issue was that the floors were very slippery. Several of us slipped and almost fell on the tile floors. Overall, amazing experience.

Our unit was immaculate, clean, and very well laid out. The view is stunning. You are looking out from a cliff top and watching the waves crash onto the North Shore of Hawaii. You are a very short walk from the Princeville resort, where we would often walk for breakfast overlooking Hanalei Bay. The rooms in the unit are very well appointed with everything you might need. 10 out of 10 for this place!!!

We have been blessed to travel around the world and staying in some lovely places. But this beautiful home is over-the-top AMAZING! When yo you enter, the panoramic views of the ocean are stunning. It was amazing to see the ocean, whales jumping, sunsets and crashing waves - all from your own private deck. The beds were so comfortable and sleeping while listening to crashing waves was magical. We enjoyed cooking meals from their beautiful well stocked kitchen while watching the ocean through the sliding glass doors. We loved the giant shower and bathtub in the master bathroom, and it was great to have a washer/dryer in the other bathroom. The owners generously left their snorkeling gear, pickle ball rackets, games and fun puzzles to enjoy. It's hard to imagine a more beautiful place in paradise! Highly recommend for couples and families.

We had such a good time staying at this house! Extremely clean, chairs/umbrellas to use for beach, easy to follow instructional binder along with local recommendations/activities, and an amazing view. Will definitely be returning!

This rental/condo is beautiful, spacious, and located in an amazing location. It also offers an amazing view. Parking is easy.The condo is very clean, well stocked with all the items you typically expect to find at a vacation rental (e.g., dishes, cups, pots, pans, soap, etc.), and the host was easy to work with. Check-in and check-out was easy and seamless. The little things/details matter and it sets apart one host from another host. I can say the little details matter to this host and we were thoroughly impressed. For example, the host provided a laundry starter kit. There were a few snacks on the counter. The bathrooms included some basic toiletry items, which isn't provided by all rental hosts. And when we checked in, the condo was cool. It was such a simple but notable detail because we had spent the day traveling and we were hot from carrying our luggage from our vehicle. As previously mentioned, the condo was super clean. While some rentals will ask you to take off your shoes, and we always do, we'll notice our feet/socks get dirty from walking around the rental. Not at this rental. It was very clean, which we appreciated.We would stay here again if we return to Kauai and would recommend to our family and friends.

It is literally the best spot.

What a beautiful place!!!!! We were truly in awe of the views from the balcony. The kitchen, bathroom, and closets had everything we needed!! The Vacasa property mngmt team was so helpful when we needed them!!!Suggestion- send a map of the property with check in email. Since it was already dark when we got to the property, we had no idea which building was ours. The directory map on the property is barely lit.

Great property, clean, functional, killer view. Loved falling asleep to the sound of waves crashing. Kitchen was super useful and appreciated the variety of counter-top appliances, particularly the rice maker :) Had an incident where we got locked out and Vacasa was super helpful and responsive to resolve, even late at night.

We loved everything about our stay at Puu Poa 204. The views from every room and out door space offer great peace and tranquility as you gaze at the ocean day and night. The location with easy access to a couple beaches without getting in a car makes the spot even more magical. Kitchen is incredibly stocked, owners have toys to share for pickelball, tennis and beach going. Pool and grounds are clean and welcoming. I can't recommend enough and hope to return soon.

Absolutely gorgeous property in an incredible setting!

This condo was the perfect home in the perfect location for exploring this tropical paradise. Impeccably clean with extremely nice windows and patio doors. The balcony was amazing for watching the sunset or boats on the ocean. The private grill was great to have and was in very good condition, especially for a vacation rental. The bed was very comfortable, as was the other furniture. The high-quality snorkeling gear, beach chairs and cooler were awesome for heading down the short "trail" (it is extremely short but also extremely steep, but also with very sturdy rope-railings) to Hideaways Beach, which has some of the best snorkeling in the area, or maybe anywhere, as well as checking out some of the other great beaches in the area. The snacks they left us were a nice touch too. The kitchen was very well stocked, including with lots of pantry basics. Don't bother buying any salt, pepper, spices etc. before you go check in and see what's there already. The entire condo complex is extremely quiet and peaceful and well kept, although we never bothered trying the pool. We were warned about construction noise, but never heard or saw any construction at all, nor did we see anything that seemed like it needed renovation. The parking lot seemed freshly paved. Maybe the construction is over and the warning was outdated? Anyway, certainly no problem there. It is a very short walk to the super-luxe One Hotel, and the whole experience of having drinks and appetizers there and watching the sunset over Hanalei Bay was worth the price. A couple comments, just to be aware: As other reviews mentioned, the water pressure is very weak. The nice-looking soaking tub is a tease. We did try it once but there is not enough hot water to fill it more than knee-high. We never ran out of hot water for showers though (due partly to the low flow, of course), and the dishwasher and washing machine worked fine, so it was not otherwise a problem. We just put the soaking tub out of our minds, used only the gigantic beautiful shower, and never thought about it the rest of our trip. Another comment I would have is that Vacasa put out *extremely* fragrant scent-jars around the apartment. Some might actually like them, but I found them overwhelming and at least a couple of them made me nauseous. The scent was so strong and pervasive in the condo that the beach towels still smelled of it when we took them outside. Early in our stay, I put them in the spare bedroom, which we were not using, and shut the door, and it got better. So my tip for other guests is that if you are someone who is sensitive to strong perfumy smells, you might want to include a request in your reservation for Vacasa to remove the perfumes in advance of your check-in.

There are lots of activities available walking distance, and we snorkeled nearly right off the condo every day (some of the best snorkeling we found on the entire island. We saw multiple turtles every time we were in the water.) Other water sports, such as paddle boarding and canoeing, and a beautiful spa are also available at The One Hotel which is right next door to the condo. Additionally, we spent lots of time checking out restaurants and additional beaches in Hanalei Bay which was just a quick drive away. Overall - 10/10 experience. Couldn't recommend enough.

Our stay at Pu’u Poa 204 was amazing. Some of the highlights of our trip were salt pond beach which has very beautiful, sunsets and snorkeling at Poipu Beach on the south side of the island. If you have time you must go to the light house where the view is amazing. We were able to visit waterfalls on both the North and South shore and we loved going to the town of Hanalei. The condo is comfortable and you will feel right at home. The kitchen is well stocked and you can cook, have breakfast, lunch or dinner on the lanai with the incredible views and watch the whales and dolphins. Enjoy a movie with your family and sleep with the sound of the sea. 😍 . The place is so beautiful and very clean!! We Also when to the tunnels beach where they sell very delicious smoothies, fruit and ice cream. You can stop at the restaurants near where you can enjoy a delicious Hawaiian food. The beds are big and comfortable, and you can enjoy at wonderful view in your bed. The house has everything you need for the beach including beach chairs, umbrella’s and snorkeling gear. You can fully enjoy nature in all its splendor. Don't miss out on living this wonderful experience and the comfort offered, it’s simply unforgettable!! I have so much to say. Kauai is the best island!!

This is a little oasis tucked inside Princeville. The management was amazing and we had a seamless vacation! The home is inviting and walking distance to a beautiful, calm beach. They left a sweet assortment of welcome goodies, which started us off on the right foot :). You will love your stay here!

From the fantastic ocean views in almost every room to the beautiful mountains as you enter. It was the perfect location and dream-like home for us during our Honeymoon. As an frequent traveler, this is one of the most memorable places I've stayed. The photo of the sunroom is your view from the main bedroom. We never shut the privacy wall - we loved waking up to the magical colors of the sunrise. I could gush on and on about how perfect this place is (and have ever since we returned home). Here are some location and condo highlights from our trip. Great location to many beaches and local spots. A few of our favorites were: 1. Queens Bath: Walking distance (15-20 min walk) and one of my favorite spots. 2. Hideaway Beach: 5-minute walking distance (not including the steep at the time, but the short hike down to the beach). 3. Ha'ena State Park: 15 min drive - a once-in-a-lifetime hike to Hanakapia Falls. 4. Hanalei Beach: 15 min drive 5. Last but not least, it is a 15-minute drive to many Hanalei Markets, Shops, Food Trucks, and restaurants. Our favorite was The Dolphin Fish Market (they also have a restaurant). We picked up some of the best sushi rolls, poke, and fresh fish to grill back at the condo! Some unexpected but very appreciated bonuses were: 1. A well-stocked Kitchen. We like to cook and enjoy the ease of doing so here while looking at the Ocean. Blender, coffee grinder, toaster oven, full set of pots and pans, ziplocks, basic spices, and more! 2. Beach Supplies. We often used the boogie boards, cooler, snorkeling gear, and binoculars to try and spot turtles and other sea life from the lanai! 3. Speaking of the lanai - it is spacious and feels private. You barely notice your neighbors. Two comfortable lounge chairs, a table, an umbrella, and chairs for dining, cards, etc. And a gas grill. My husband and I could not have picked a better spot for our honeymoon. We can't wait to come back, highly recommend!

We loved everything about this condo and its location. It was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. We enjoyed having lunch out on the large lanai. The condo comes with beach chairs, snorkeling gear and much more to enjoy the beautiful beaches nearby. The kitchen was well-stocked not only with pots, pans and dishes but also with spices and other necessities for cooking. We highly recommend this Vacasa condo!

We absolutely loved our stay here! The location is perfect with convenient walking distance from hideaway beach, Queen’s bath and many small walking trails. Full ocean view from the living room and dining room/kitchen. The kitchen is stocked with almost everything one needs on daily basis. We truly had one of the best vacations here with our family. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Hanalei!

Luxurious condo with good amenities and well stocked right next to a STEEP descent to a tiny beach great for snorkeling. There are at least four other beaches that are outstanding. It’s very quiet and not at all crowded. Good restaurants nearby. Schedule Napoli coast and helicopter tours and tunnels beach parking reservations in advance. Better bed linens, furniture and sun blocking shades are needed.
