We had a fabulous week and loved everything about this condo! The pictures are accurate and everything felt very clean and new. The kitchen was so well stocked and easy to cook in with new appliances. We really enjoyed being able to barbecue and eat outside, even when it was raining. It was fun to be next to the pool, and to be able to walk to the hotel next door for a drink (I recommend making reservations online for their cocktail lounge). Parking was always super easy and the condo was very quiet despite the building being full during the summer busy season. There are a lot of stairs so the accessibility would be challenging for some. The hosts were very friendly and checked in on us We didn't have any issues during our stay that required assistance, but they let us know they were always available. We would definitely stay here again!

The company could see we were looking at the property. Our situation was we couldn't lock in dates until the last minute. When I went to actually book the condo they raised the price by 200. per night. Take that and times it by 10 nights and that's an extra 2,000. I asked if they would reconsider and honor the lower price. Got crickets back. It was to late to find something else because all the other condo's we considered were booked.

This place is wonderful and we can’t wait to come back. We stayed at a nearby 5 star hotel and we kept thinking about this condo. It had everything we needed and more with puzzles and pool toys for our daughter to enjoy. Also it was so clean and the pillows were perfection.

This condo is spectacular. We came to Kauai for a wedding with a large group of friends and each got a condo in the same Pu'u Poa complex. Ours was by far the best, nicest, and newest. The wooden bar in the kitchen is a masterpiece and the apt is fully equipped with everything you need from beach chairs to a game closet and full barware. Thoughtfully renovated with an eye for design. Two beaches to walk to and just a few minutes to town by car. Mahalo!

We came to Kauai for a vacation and to get married and this place was wonderful! It is exactly as pictured and described. Excellent and convenient location too. We could see lots of whales from the lanai; the provided binoculars were a nice touch! Definitely high end finishes and lots of space. It was so nice to have a kitchen and washer/dryer as well. Hot water was iffy and never got very hot, nor did it last long. Maybe it’s a shared water heater among other units? Also, while this is not specific to the condo, it would be so nice if such fragrant (toxic) cleaning products weren’t used; we don’t expect “green” cleaning products if not specified but the condo reeked (it was the Swiffer mop pads) until we aired it out, which was a bit of a bummer after arriving in paradise, and was less than enjoyable. Also, be prepared to lug suitcases up and down stairs. Totally doable, just a heads up.
