Neighborhood

The neighborhood:
Princeville is Kauai's clifftop North Shore community, known for ocean views, tropical greenery, and convenient access to Hanalei. Princeville Center covers the practical things with groceries and casual food, while Hanalei town offers beach time, shops, and a more local day out. Anini Beach is nearby for calm, reef-protected water, and the area has coastal viewpoints and trails when you want to move beyond the sand. Choose Princeville for a quieter home base where you can see the island's lush side each time you look outside.

Transit

Getting around:
Lihue Airport is about 40 minutes away via a scenic drive along Kauai's coast. A rental car is highly recommended since the North Shore's beaches, restaurants, and Hanalei's shops are spread out. Princeville itself offers walkable access to some shops and dining, while beaches like Hanalei Bay are a short drive. Parking is typically available in lots or driveways at most properties.

Space

Aloha, and welcome to this exquisite, upgraded, oceanfront condo - a couple's island dream on the north shore of Kauai! Featuring a well-equipped, full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and seating for two, a dining table for four for mealtimes or game nights, and a sunlit living area with a built-in desk, comfortable furniture, breathtaking views, and a flatscreen TV for streaming all your favorite channels.

Step outside and watch for whales from your furnished lanai or explore the grassy lawn and the manicured grounds. You and your guests will also enjoy access to a shared, outdoor pool and tennis courts, while Princeville beaches are just a short walk away.

Access

Guests at Alii Kai Resort enjoy access to the shared outdoor pool, garden areas, BBQ grill, and oceanfront resort grounds along Kauai’s north shore in Princeville. Outdoor seating areas and a lit path to the entrance add convenience, while some resort facilities are operated independently by the resort.

The location was nice. The views were excellent. The Condo was furnished nicely and the bed was comfortable. The complex was quiet and private. There is no air conditioning but the windows and doors open and have screens.
