Great location - easy access to the beach and for viewing the Turtles..

The condo is close to the beach and swim pools. And the complex has pickleball/tennis which we loved....great group of people to play with! The golf courses were close as well. A variety of restaurants were within a short drive. There were just the 2 of us and we had lots to do!!

This one BR had water views from its two lanais and the AC worked great in the BR. Walk to Poipu and Brennecke beaches, short drives to plenty more. Short drives to Lihue and Kapa’a. Great spot if you want to hang in Poipu.

Loved the view and location, walking distance to Brenneke’s, and the beach.. driving distance close to shops and restaurants..

Great place, loved it. Exactly as described and a wonderful location. Only thing to be aware of is that there is only AC in the bedroom. We saw this in the description and planned for it...it was fine. Thanks so much!

This second/top story. one-bedroom is in a terrific location with wonderful ocean views. The lanai is a great place to hang, day or night. The kitchen is stocked with more utensils and appliances than my home! Easy access parking. Although it would accommodate a family of four with small children, it would not be suitable for four adults. There is a free-standing AC unit in the bedroom; no central AC. It got a bit toasty in the afternoon but you can go cool off in the pool, which is a short walk away. I would stay here again.

The apartment is wonderfully located, with a great view down the central lawn and walkway to a small piece of the sea and waves. Furnishings are comfortable and a bit more elegant than many vacation spots. It was hot and stuffy when we arrived but once we opened all the louvers, there was almost always good airflow and a pleasant temperature. We would return here if it is available in the future.

We love this area and definitely enjoyed this unit. We were greeted with a lovely welcome gift, the kitchen had everything we needed to get started, the bed and linens were good quality and very comfortable, and the location was perfect! We enjoyed many mornings, afternoons, and evenings on the patio! Would definitely book this property again!

From the moment we stepped in, we were amazed by the property. Great location, amazing views from lanai , has good wifi strength, good water pressure and amenities provided were more than sufficient. Will love to rent again when in Kauai

Out of all the condos in Poipu Kai complex, this unit has one of the best views. The bed is very comfortable and the furnishings are up to date.

I always pick our unit based on the lanai and view. This unit has an incredible lanai view and location. Well stocked unit with everything we needed. Very responsive on site staff. We enjoyed our stay!

We had a pleasant stay in this condo. Location is perfect and it was well equipment. Quiet surroundings.

Couldn't be a better location and view. The grounds were gorgeous and view from the deck was beautiful. The beach was less than a 5 min walk away. So happy we stayed here. The unit itself was comfortable and has everything you need. Upper unit with vaulted ceilings, large washer/dryer, and 2 decks.

An excellent location and local to one of the best beaches in Kauai! Our VRBO condo was beautifully appointed throughout, beachcomber themed in lifestyle and furniture, and making our stay feel like home - but even more appealing in the tropics! Quick access to neighboring towns and so many fun activities - it was great to walk just a few steps to our parking space from the front door. And if you wanted to go on any lingering walks, the common area trails outdoors were kept, swept, clean, and meandered through the property for all the pretty views of the local flora, including a fantastic view from our upper deck, looking directly at Poipu Beach. The accommodations were so nice and clean — fluffy linens hung with diligence (and smelled great)! The king bed was pure heaven along with the bedroom’s private deck. We loved the ceiling fans in all the rooms, and although we preferred the natural climate, there were a few nights that we used the fan in the bedroom to keep cool. Also, we did not lack for anything in the kitchen, or for beach going. We had boogie boards, fresh luxurious outdoor towels - all enjoyed at the sparkling blue pool and hot tub. Also, we had the opportunity to grill on one of the outdoor barbecues… grilled our chicken to perfection! The nearby guests were very tidy and clean, and the property really showed its pride in being well manicured and carefully taken care of. The on demand/call staff at the property was extremely responsive and kind, too! There was just about everything to love about staying at this wonderful place near Poipu Beach. We will definitely be back again and anybody that gets a chance to stay here, it is a true gift and a blessing. Mahalo for the experience for my daughter and I! We also enjoyed getting to know some of the local folk on this beautiful island. My prayer is to someday call this paradise my own, at this heaven on earth. 🏝️🌺🙏🏻🤍🌈🦜🫶🏼

Comfortable, close to everything, clean Added benefit-near Brenecke’s Beach where you can watch the green turtles come ashore

Clean and quiet condo with lots of space. Great kitchen and bathroom plus lots of windows and ceiling fans. The views were lovely and we enjoyed the pool and ability to walk to Brennecke's beach and restaurant. There were Turtles and Sea Lions resting on the sand at nearby Poipu beach.

Views and location to ocean is great. Welcome snacks, laundry, dish soap, and first coffee is available. MBR has AC!

This was a very comfortable condo, with a distant view of the ocean. Just a short walk to the beach. The complex is nicely landscaped, quiet and relaxing. The bed is very comfortable, and the kitchen is well stocked with equipment. We appreciated the beach towels, chairs, and umbrella. The reason I gave it a 4 is that the condo is looking a little worn. All in all, I would recommend this unit. I would also highly recommend renting from Vacasa. They give personal service!

Place was as advertised. Nice easy walk to beach. Clean.

This was a great rental. My wife and I loved the space and location, plus it was equipped with beach necessities, which were a huge help. Also, no chickens on the grounds was greatly appreciated. And on top of that, my fiancée and I were left a very thoughtful honeymoon congratulations! Great job Vacasa team!
