The condo was perfect for our group with plenty of space to spread out. The main living area was a little hot as only the bedrooms had AC and the way the condo is situated it does not get much breeze. The lanai was nice to sit out on in the morning and drink coffee while listening to the waves crash on the rocks. The condo had everything we needed.

This unit was in a convenient location within the complex, close to the beach, beautiful views with shopping nearby. It was nicely decorated, comfortable and clean. We had 6 adults on this trip and everyone had plenty of room to roam. I will definitely return and highly recommend.

Beautiful condo, awesome location
JOANN · Aug 2025
This was a wonderful place to stay, in a great location near Poipu beach. The condo was spacious, and the master bathroom with the gigantic walk-in shower felt so luxurious. Having a full size washer and dryer in the condo was great too. So much better than a hotel for a family of five.
Just a caveat that there is no air conditioner in the living room and kitchen, which we were warned about before arrival. Those areas felt quite a bit warmer than the bedrooms, which each had their own A/C unit and ceiling fan (the master bedroom had two). The owner asks that the temperatures not be set below 73 degrees, which was fine. There are several oscillating fans that we used to try to circulate some of the cooler air into the warmer areas, which didn't really work well. We kept the blinds and doors closed as much as possible to try to keep down the temperature.
I find it funny that people have to be warned that contact with insects and reptiles on a tropical island does not warrant a refund. There were several insects that made their way into the condo through small cracks, but none were venomous. Don't open the windows and keep the doors closed as much as possible, which will keep down the number of critters that come in. As a precaution we kept all food in the fridge, even food we normally would keep on the counter, and rinsed our dishes as quickly as possible after eating.
There was a mildewy smell in the hall bathroom which I think was from the bathroom curtain, but otherwise the condo was very clean.
We could see the ocean from the lanai and had a view of the pool.
This is a great condo complex. Highly recommend. Thank you for all the amenities and supplies provided - all the comforts of home! The only thing missing was a pen - I wanted to leave a couple notes for the cleaners when we left but couldn't find one.

Perfect Family Vacation!
Megan M R. · Jul 2025
We had a fantastic stay! Our family of five (2 adults and 3 older teens) found this condo to be absolutely perfect. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax, and we really appreciated having two bathrooms, a full kitchen, and a washer/dryer—it made our stay so comfortable and convenient.
The condo was thoughtfully stocked with beach essentials like chairs, an umbrella, a boogie board, and a cooler, which made our beach outings even more enjoyable. We also enjoyed relaxing at the condo pool—it was a great option for downtime between beach trips. The location couldn’t have been better—close to all the beautiful south side beaches and great restaurants.
The property manager was also wonderful—very responsive and helpful when we had a couple of questions about the parking pass and door key.
We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others looking for a comfortable and well-located place to stay!

What a perfect home base for enjoying this magnificent island . We had three couples on this trip , and we had plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen is beautiful and extremely well equipped . But you may not want to cook with all the amazing restaurants in nearby Poipu and Lihue . You are a short walk from beautiful Poipu Beach. Great swimming , amazing sunsets , and sea turtles every evening !

Great location, great views of the ocean. Sunsets were amazing. Easy walk to Hyatt and Heritage trail. Superb tacos at Da Crack. Good, inexpensive burgers at Bubba's. Waimea canyon is a must see. Napali coast in another must. We enjoyed Poipi, Princeville, golf at Wailua, Kauai Outdoor Adventures sugar cane canal tubing, snorkeling, the entire trip was a blast. Always nice to come back to a comfortable condo after each day of adventure.

Beautiful & Slow Paced Location
DAMIANNE · Jun 2023
We paid $700/night which was on the medium to upper price range for a vacation rental in this area. The condo was nice and fairly well equipped for 6-guests with comfortable room to entertain an additional 4-ish people. The kitchen was well equipped with cooking utensils and the fridge was cold. Ice maker worked well. We made almost all of our meals here and was very functional. The outdoor propane grills came in handy but there’s only two so you need to start dinner early or you may be waiting in line to cook! Plan accordingly. The pool was clean and usable as was the hot tub. Some permanent residents that were semi-friendly. Most other guests were friendly as well. Location was quiet for an apartment complex style dwelling. Our unit #2202 was in need of some repairs—master shower was moldy and had multiple shower jets inoperable. Doors squeaked and the A/C is only in the bedrooms so the doors must be left open in order for the rest of the unit to remain cool. Note: Some units don’t have A/C at all! Be sure to check and see if yours does before booking! Unit has TV’s but we never turned them on—the Bose Bluetooth speaker was a nice touch as was the local reading literature on the tables. The coastline was very beautiful and wonderful to watch the waves crash into. You can partially see the ocean from our unit but does have a good view of the pool & hot tub. The patio was big enough for 6-adults to enjoy but the afternoon sun is strong in #2202 so between 4:00PM and 6:30PM, it’s not comfortable.
Overall, it was a good experience but the unit does need some slight repairs & updating in order to command this premium price.

At home in paradise!
Carol F. · Mar 2023
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this unit. The suite was spacious for our group of six - two seniors, two adults and two teens. We appreciated the three bedrooms with separate beds for the kids. The kitchen Island was great for seating everyone at mealtimes, though we also savoured morning coffee on the lanai. The living area offered seating for everyone to watch some of the provided DVDs in the evenings. Our group made enthusiastic use of the supplied boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrella and beach towels. We absolutely loved the location on the point. The view from the suite was beautiful over the pool and ocean. We ran down to the point to watch sunset each evening and spot the many sea turtles and whales that passed by. My older son used a drone to catch amazing footage of a whale and its playful calf. We took walks along the stunning coast to the spectacular adjacent resorts and the Makauwahi Cave. Poipu Beach is a ten minute walk away and offered the best snorkeling we found at this time of year. Our sons also had a blast surfing at a neighbouring beach. So much to do and explore from here with highlights including Waimea Canyon, kayaking to Secret Falls off the Wailua River, and hiking in Haena State Park. The island was busy for March Break and we found it difficult to get restaurant reservations. As a result, we made great use of the suite’s well appointed kitchen. We do recommend trying Keoki’s Paradise which is lovely and offers pina coladas served in pineapples. So fun! The pool at the Makahuena is lovely and we noted was often quiet in the middle of the day. My mom loved having a “private pool” during those hours. Thanks so much for sharing this home in paradise with us!

The view was amazing. The kitchen was roomie with tons of counter space. All of the bedrooms had nice beds and clean bedding. The rugs in living room and master bedroom were very harsh on our feet. Bathrooms have zero counter space, and need some updating. But overall this condo is very nice and I would definitely stay here again.
Nice Poipu Stay
KERSTIN · Aug 2022
The apartment is very nicely furnished.
A real plus was the welcoming package from Vacasa with coffee, chocolates, cookies and more. There were toiletries, everything was made easy.
The only minus is, that the walls are very thin, the door to the master bedroom is a Japanese paperdoor, so you hear everything and if one person in the condo is awake, everybody is awake. Or if the children of your neighbor‘s are awake at 5:00am.
Nevertheless a real recommendation!
Nice condo in a good location
Kerstin W. · Aug 2022
The condo is really nice, and the Vacasa company really does a good job providing a nice welcome package and everything needed.
The condo and the whole building is not to solidly built, so you hear everything from the other rooms in the condo and from the surrounding condos as well. So when the neighbors children are awake at 6:00am, so are you.
And during our whole stay the hot tub was out of order, which was disappointing.
Instead of that it really is a wonderful place to stay at.

This was our first trip to Kauai (our 4th trip to a Hawaiian Island) and we loved everything about it. This condo unit was nicely furnished and had the essentials for the kitchen, laundry and beach visits. It also provided an amazing view of the sunset right from the balcony. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub several times and in the morning there is a great walking trail to see the sunrise and it's not too far to walk to Shipwreck Beach (in front of the Grand Hyatt). We would definitely rent this unit again. If you enjoy outdoor hikes and beautiful views, Kauai is the place to visit!
