This location worked out great to explore the whole island! Loved the proximity to the ocean and enjoyed the sound of water fountains from the patio. Thank you for having chairs, day cooler etc. to use!

The condo was absolutely lovely very clean, well decorated, and had every amenity that you might think you would need. The air conditioning worked great. The pool was very refreshing clean and nice to cool off for the day. I would highly recommend the condo beds were comfy, and the condo itself was very roomy.

This was a great place to stay. The resort is nice. Kids loved the pool. Nice little beach area too. Room was spacious and clean and had everything we needed. Also a great location - close to the airport and centrally located to explore other parts of the island.
Wonderful condo
Courtney L. · Jun 2025
We had a wonderful stay at this condo! The location was fantastic, which made exploring super convenient. The property itself was spacious and very clean, providing plenty of room for our family to relax and spread out. The AC units worked well which allowed us to stay cool in every room. The pool area was a highlight—absolutely loved spending time there!
However, the beds were not as comfortable as we’d hoped, which made for some restless nights. Also, while the kitchen was well-equipped with pots, pans, and dishes, it lacked basic essentials like salt and pepper.

Great, easy stay!
Elizabeth S. · Aug 2024
We all had a great time. The outrigger pool was fun, my kids enjoyed the slide, we loved all the on site amenities (condo kitchen, lanai, air conditioning, starbucks, the beach, the poolside bar). Location was perfect for us. My kids are super active and we did a lot of activities (tubing, ziplining, snorkeling, river kayaking, napali coast). Being central made it more relaxing and easy. We only had 3 full days on the island, but it was fantastic. Thank you!

Condo was great, clean, nice and modern. My only complaint is there were no extra blankets, esp for the blowup bed or couch bed. We asked but was told they couldn’t provide any if they weren’t in the unit already.

Property and Condo was as advertised. Very nice. Noticeably remodeled recently. A/C units work great. A special bonus was the beach gear (cooler, chairs, canopy) that was in the apartment!

Great place in middle of Kauai
Ingrid P. · Jun 2024
The condo unit is newly remodeled, and has everything you need for your stay - fully equipped kitchen, bathrooms, washer/dryer and ample beach supplies. Its 5 minutes from airport and basically if you go south you hit Poipu and go North, you can get to Princeville/Hanalei. Added perk is the use of the resort pool next door!

Super comfortable and spacious living areas. Nice porch to sit and enjoy the lake in the morning with coffee. Walkable Beach access (about 1 minute walk) for morning and evening relaxation. Central location for visiting both North and South activities. Super smooth check in and check out. Simply a great stay and would certainly stay again.

Great for Grandparents, parents & infant
Gina C. · Jul 2023
We found the 2 large bedrooms, each with their own remote control air conditioning units, 2 full bathrooms, in suite washer & dryer & roomy kitchen, living room & lanai very convenient for 4 adults & our infant grand-daughter. The pool toys, coolers & bonus playpen were conveniently stored in the closet of one of the bedrooms. I would have preferred the second bedroom to have a king size bed like the first one rather than having to push together 2 single beds that my son & his wife ended up having to do.
Great place!
MOLLY L. · Jul 2023
This place has everything you will need for a fun vacation including beach chairs, umbrella, coolers and boogie boards for use. The place is clean and comfortable. We had two adults and three teenagers who were comfortable. The couch turns into a bed too, I don’t believe the ad mentioned it so it was a nice surprise. Highly recommend.

This condo is clean and has everything you need for a comfortable stay on this beautiful island. The villas/condos are connected to the resort which allow you to enjoy the amenities of both. The beds were comfortable, the area was safe and clean, and the beach was a very short walk from the condo! The resort is located on the east coast of the island which offers the best views of an amazing sunrise. The beach is not a swimming beach but the villas and resort offer many pools and hot tubs to enjoy. We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this condo and would do it again!

The property is a great space! We had plenty of room with two couples. We enjoyed the decks off each bedroom and the front deck overlooking a nice lake. Multiple pools and hot tubs and just a quick walk go the beach. It’s a little isolated from town and nothing else is within walking distance but we didn’t mind. Loved our stay!

Nancy B. · May 2022
We selected this 2 bedroom unit with pools and beaches as it was close to airport and centrally located between excursions we planned to Hanelei, princeville, NaPali coast , Botanical gardens. Etc and close to lihue and KaPaa for shopping and dining. We found the unit well equipped and easy for four of us to sit on the deck or work in the kitchen. Would recommend it for adults or young families.
Almost perfect.
Amanda M. · Apr 2022
This place had EVERYTHING. It was head and tails above every other Vacasa rental we had. We didn't need to look for extra dishtowels or beach towels or cleaning materials. There was plenty of soap for the dishwasher and washer/dryer. There was even insulated wine cups, insulated water jugs, coolers for the beach, beach mats and foldable chairs. The kitchen was fully stocked and we never had to look hard for something we needed. Only complaint was the bathtub didn't plug - having 3 kids we certainly appreciate a working bathtub. Beds were comfy and the whole place was just very clean and felt like the owners wanted us to have a good time. Thank you!

Perfect Place for a Perfect Vacation
CHERYL · Feb 2022
We found this villa to be well kept, spacious and spotless!! It is close to a walking beach (in which we saw a resting seal), it is centrally located and JUST 6 minutes from the airport. The use of the Kauai Beach Resort pools and hot tubs was an added bonus. Also, the split A/C unit was awesome to come back to after a long beach day as were the TWO rocking chairs in the living area since we were traveling with a 10-month-old!! Parking was free and there were always spaces available. We were pleased with the villa and would definitely stay here again.

The condo itself was very nice, beautiful grounds. Some of the information was not correct in the listing but the management company fixed it and in the end there was no issues other than that. Centrally located which is nice as well!
I would recommend the condo.

Had a great time on our first trip to Hawaii. Resort is just north of Lihue, but out by itself. Close enough to shopping, restaurants, and things to do without feeling like just one big resort complex. On-site restaurants and amenities were fantastic. Central Air made this August trip very comfortable.
Enjoyable and clean.
Jennifer B. · Aug 2021
The villa was a short distance from the airport, and was an easy spot to go exploring in any direction (north, south or west). We couldn’t check in until 4pm, but that was no consequence since we arrived after 3pm, waited for luggage and then waited for our app vehicle to arrive. When we arrived, I hadn’t downloaded the app yet, so do that as soon as you can. It was a little confusing as to the gate combo number, but we soon figured it out with the friendly staff, you have to include the # as part of the combo. The villa was clean, although it had a slight musty odor, probably from no one being there and all the humidity not circulating. It was well stocked for our purposes. We used the beach towels, bug spray, laundry facilities, cooked a couple meals, and was even surprised they had the slender ice cubes for our water bottle that we brought for the beaches and hikes. I did notice that the villa was ANT FREE, which was a relief. All the other beach homes have had ant problems that I’ve grown to expect, sad to say. The complex has a nice beach and a small lagoon, but we didn’t swim there. We were exploring each day with GPS tours that took us to other beaches hidden away, so we came back not wanting to sit on the beach, but ready to relax and plan the next day. We could hear people talk as they went up the stairs outside our villa, sometimes chairs move across the floor in another villa, but rarely heard other people around us. The complex was quiet and restful, never any loud music or parties taking place. We would consider this residence again in the future. Thank you for hosting our family.
