Fantastic spot!

This was our 3rd year in a row staying in this unit and loved it! The location is fabulous; Lava Lava Club next door and Coconut Market Place a 2 minute walk with grocery store, restaurants, shops and adventure rentals. This unit is right on the beach and the view is amazing!!! Great pool and tiki pool bar with a 3:00 - 6:00 Happy Hour that brings people together. We met people from all over that had great info on various recommendations to do on our trip. The Smith Luau was on our list this year. Well worth the money!!! Learned some history, met super fun people, enjoyed good food and drinks and thoroughly enjoyed the entertainment! Highly recommend! Have a great trip as Kauai is beautiful!!!

The grounds were beautiful. The unit was clean, cool and close to the pool. Having a small lanai to sit out and listen to the waves at the end of the day was a wonderful perk. The pool area was well maintained, the water warm and the hot tub a lovely addition as the night cooled. The condo was very close to a small shopping area with restaurants, an ABC store and most importantly the Lava Lava Beach Club with live music before bed. We were very satisfied with the property, the host, and the grounds and will look to rent from again when we next venture to Kauai.
Beautiful view and so close to the beach and walking paths ! So close to every thing for sure !!

View for sure is the BEST THING EVER !! You can sleep with your doors open and hear the waves crash!!

This unit has the best view! It is a perfect location right next to the Coconut Marketplace and with a beautiful walking path directly outside that goes along the ocean. The balcony from the unit is the perfect place to watch sunrise or sunset. Centrally located on the island to get to the North or South Shore easily. I will definitely again! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

This is a superb property! One of the very best
simon l. · Dec 2025
This is a superb property! One of the very best units at Aston Islands, On The Beach, which is a very nice complex. This one is directly on the ocean, top floor, call the unit which means an extra window facing south with a whole bunch of different viewers, including “ a close up (but never noisy) seen at lava lava beach, restaurant and bar, which is the next property over to the south. The sound of waves is constant and you hear nothing from the bar. This is just a great place to stay. Late 90% of the units in On The Beach. It desperately needs kitchen renovated getting rid of the ridiculous arms, which take up half the kitchen space all over this property and installing a proper size sink and fridge. These things are miserable and depressing so it really doesn’t deserve five stars, but I’mgiving it anyway because the location is so good.
One of the very best units in islander on the beach, but it desperately use the kitchen updating as most units do.
simon · Nov 2025
IOB owners who want to keep attracting guests need to get rid of these miserable, tiny kitchenettes with the absurd huge armoire wasting space next to them, and put in a kitchen with a decent size fridge, a real sink and faucet and at a minimum an air fryer -none of which were present in this other’s beautifully located and presented unit. Such a shame. But while travellers keep plonking down money to live like a miserable university student in terms of the cooking arrangements there is little incentive for owners or Vacation medical management companies to bother to spent a few thousand dollars on long overdue upgrades.
Book it now !

The condo at the Aston Islander on the Beach is beautiful. When we arrived, the air conditioning kept it pleasantly cool. Everything is very clean; there are glasses, cups, and plates for four people, plenty of towels in all sizes, and even beach towels. The balcony with its high chairs and high table is especially nice, offering a beautiful view of the ocean. The bed is comfortable, and the bathroom is well-equipped (soap, shampoo, conditioner, hairdryer). Cleaning supplies for the kitchen and bathroom, as well as toilet paper and paper towels, are also provided.
Parking Lot is always available and a few steps away is the Marketplace with shops and restaurants.
Perfect place for perfect holidays!

First condo of our trip
Verified t. · Jul 2025
This condo worked out perfectly for our family of three. It was very clean, well stocked, and most of all had a great view of the ocean! We found it to be centrally located for the activities we had planned. The resort grounds and pool area are beautifully landscaped with many different types of plants and flowers. This has definitely set the bar high for the other places we stay on the other islands of our Hawaii trip.

The condo is a simple “hotel room” style studio, but it was perfect for us. And the Location was amazing! Both the beachfront location (with amazing ocean views and listening to the waves from the lanai!), and also the location in Kapaa and right behind the Coconut Marketplace - it was fantastic! I would recommend this unit to anyone who wants a hotel style condo with a truly great location!

This was our second time staying in this unit and we already booked for next year. The location is fantastic and centrally located to both ends of the island. The view is amazing, the pool and hot tub are clean and refreshing, and the grounds are well maintained and beautiful. The Coconut Market Place is next to the Islander and there are a few great restaurants on the property.

What a view...wow!! This condo was beautiful and perfect for 2 people. We sat on the balcony for every sunrise and sunset and just took in the beautiful views. The condo was clean and comfortable and we enjoyed the little kitchenette, for making breakfast/coffee and keeping stuff cold in the fridge. We loved the proximity to the Coconut Marketplace and having Lava Lava Beach Club next door was so convenient. We will definitely be back!
Beautiful rental by the beach
Shebreen · May 2025
To wake up early beachfront views were spectacular. Sleeping to ocean wave never gets old. Location is convenient to the market place (lots of shops, stores, resturants, coffee, and shave ice--all walking distance)
Bathroom was a nice size as well
Beautiful view
Eric · May 2025
The location of this room cannot be beat. We spent ample time on the lanai overlooking the ocean. Quiet area with not too many passers-by. Lush grounds. Furnishings are fine; might be due for an update in the near future, but the bed was quite comfortable—not too hard or too soft. Local housekeeping was receptive to requests. Easy walking distance to coffee, Coconut Marketplace, and restaurants.
A little slice of paradise

Wonderful location - steps from the beach, excellent view. Appreciated the included parking pass. Would recommend that the listing also note that the property also has 2 portable coolers and 2 beach chairs; if it's listed, I missed it, and rented it from a local shop
Location is excellent

Exactly what we were looking for. To be able to walk over to Lava Lava and have the beach 50 feet away is invaluable. We will be back.
Perfect for our stay
Sherrie P. · Apr 2025
This charming studio met our needs quite nicely. It is a walk up...so if you struggle with stairs keep looking! Plentiful linens provided so we did not need to take advantage of the towel exchange. There is a small farmer's market a couple of days a week in the parking lot of the Coconut marketplace, and the central location made it an easy drive to other parts of the island. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

My favorite part of staying here was the ocean view!!! I loved sitting out on the lanai and feeling the ocean breeze and listening to the waves! I walked down the stairs and the beach was right in front of me and pool was right around the corner. The ocean was calm enough to swim in and the pool was so nice because there's a bar at the pool and my favorite bartender was **** and he played the best songs. It's also a short walk to all the shops and restaurants. Everything was right at my fingertips and being there just melted all of my stress away!!! Best vacation ever!!!

We stayed 8 nights in condo 354. The condo location (a corner unit) on the beach, close to the pool and BBQ made it all so convenient. We had everything we needed - beach towels, 2 beach chairs, a cooler - which made beach days easy and fun. The kitchen was well appointed and there were enough paper towels etc. We loved the condo so much we already booked for next year!

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay here. The ocean is literally 50 feet away with loungers on the beach for guests. Great sunrise views from the lanai. The building this unit is in is a 30 second walk to the pool, hot tub and pool bar. The property is beautifully landscaped and lush. Be prepared for substantial wind and wave noise on the lanai being that close to the water though. Surprisingly the pool area was very sheltered if that is more your thing.

Just as wonderful as the picture. Watch the sunrise from your Lanai, or step down to the beach, end your day by watching the moon rise over the sandy beach/ocean...it really doesn't get better than this. Convenient restaurants and stores, the halfway point between all the places you might want to visit. The grounds are gorgeous tropical and quiet. The unit is quiet, but if you want to hear the waves just slide the door open, oh and it's airconditioned too.

Wonderful piece of paradise!
CATHY & R. · May 2023
The view was second to none, facing the ocean. Location was great! Half way between the north and south parts of the island. Lot’s to do and shopping is on the other side of the parking lot! Cute boutiques and an ABC convenience/coffee/souvenir shop, great restaurants and Jojo’s shaved ice! Yum!
Next door to Lava Lava Beach Club, too!
The only thing, bring your own bath soap. There is no bar soap and you only get a tiny bottle of watered down shower gel, it hardly even foamed up.
That surely isn’t enough to knock a star off tho!
The pool and grounds are breathtaking and super clean!!
We would stay here again as long as our knees can carry us up 3 flights of stairs with our heavy suitcases! A true gem!

This third floor ocean front corner unit is fantastic. It was totally clean, with a large sliding door out onto the balcony, with a window on one side. Both give great ocean views. The balcony is also open on the side so you see even more. The kitchenette had a rather large small fridge, microwave, full size coffee maker, and a full complement of dishes, glasses, silverware, utensils, and containers. Really anything you could ask for. The bed was super comfortable, and the wifi worked great. The bathroom was large and clean. I would not hesitate to stay in this unit again.

Top floor, corner unit, ocean front. It was absolutely clean top to bottom. Big sliding door, with a window on the side. The balcony also opens up on the same side. Maximum ocean viewing. The kitchen had a large fridge, although not full size. A microwave and coffee maker round out the appliances. Full set of glasses, dishes, containers, cutlery and utensils. There is nothing that we wanted. Bed was extremely comfortable. Bathroom was large and clean. Internet worked great. We were given a great group of welcome amenities. We were checked up on several times, and never were wanting for anything.

A Wonderful Family Vacation
Debra L. · Oct 2022
My family of 7 rented 4 different units at the Islander. Every unit was wonderful. This one was mine and was fantastic. Being an end unit, it was very private and quiet. Every morning I woke to a beautiful sunrise and at night went to sleep listening to the waves (being on the 3rd floor, I felt very comfortable leaving the door & drapes open ). We spent alot of time on the beach in the shade on the provided beach chairs. Also, enjoyed the pool that had plenty of lounge chairs. This unit was well stocked with utensils, no stove top but there are BBQs. There are plenty of places to eat but our favorite was the Lava Lava, which was right next door. Had breakfast, happy hour and a wonderful dinner with great music. This unit is on the 3rd floor with no elevator, so you need to plan for age groups. I will definitely be coming again.

Terrific corner unit, perfect for 3 days! The location was super-convenient with shopping and restaurants in walking distance. We enjoyed watching the sun rise and whales in the distance everyday from the lanai. The room was cozy, comfortable and perfect for our needs. Would definitely stay here again. The management kindly let us check in a little earlier and were quick to respond to our request to do so (since our flight got in earlier than expected).

Perfect Place!

We had a great time. The room was literally 2 minutes from the beach. And one of those minutes was just walking down the stairs. Class access to Lava Lava Restaurant and the Coconut Market area too. The property is well kept, the hot tub is drained every day, and the combination of shaded and sunny space at the pool were perfect for an afternoon of lounging. Our room had everything we needed, including beach towels and the robes we nice after a shower when it was too hot to get dressed yet.

Great location
Dwain I. · Oct 2022
This condo is next to the beach, grocery store and misc. shopping nearby, pretty much everything you need during your stay. Bed is comfortable, A/C is quite, and overall the stay was excellent. Only complaint is the mini fridge doesn`t have a freezer, but there is an ice machine close by. Recommend booking thru Hulanow which gave outstanding service. Would definitely stay again...

We have been coming to Kapaa Sands for the last 20 years, so it’s a second home to us. In the Unit 9, it was our 6th stay, and it’s always a wonderful vacation. We enjoy the ocean views, the pool, the tropical grounds and the quiet. After the highway people upgrade the traffic, it will be a paradise on earth.

Like a second honeymoon in paradise
Aquilino S. · Aug 2022
We stayed to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary. The property location is ideal, as we visited every shore and attraction on the island and had an easy time navigating from here to wherever we needed to be. There is a 24 hour Safeway nearby, which is great for late night needs, as almost slavery other retailer closes early. It should be noted that there is Road construction in the area that runs all night and causes lots of noise and congestion, but that should be temporary. The unit itself has everything needed for a couple to enjoy a short or long term stay. I know the islands are casual dress, but it may be time to replace the iron and ironing board. It was such a joy to wake up to the sunrise every morning through the wide open sliding glass doors!

Relaxing and low-stress environment
Cindy K. · Jul 2022
My husband and I stayed at Kapaa Sands #9 for 8 nights and absolutely loved it! The enjoyed the breathtaking view from the balcony where we sat for many hours drinking coffee, eating lunch and watching the windsurfers. We especially enjoyed being away from the crowds at places like Poipu (we visited there later in the week and were so glad we had our little cottage at Kappa Sands.) I bounced between the balcony, the ocean beach just a few yards away, and the nice, clean pool. Only one minor concern - no air-conditioning, but it wasn’t horrible. We slept with the fan on and the slider open so we had a great breeze and the sound of the waves. LOVED THIS PLACE!!
Excellent location. Beautiful scenery.
Alisha · Jul 2022
This was the perfect location for us on Kauai. The accomodations were very comfortable and clean. There was a blender in the room which we were hoping for; an awesome bonus for making our island drinks. :D. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend.

I love this condo! I want to come back. Even when raining it’s a lovely place to be. The balcony is so wonderful and the proximity to the ocean and sound of waves can’t be beat! Very well-equipped kitchen. Beach towels and chair too. The tv was difficult to figure out and instructions would be helpful as would a listing of channels. It’s quiet-except for the wind and ocean! I really enjoyed my short time here.

We loved our stay at Kapaa Sands 9 and would highly recommend the unit for a couple or solo traveler visiting Kauai. The apartment overlooks a beautiful, quiet beach that is great for swimming, lounging and surfing. Snorkeling is possible on the left side of the beach (in front of a neighboring resort) but there isn't much to see. The beach is child friendly with rocks providing a break and creating a shallow wading pool directly in front of the unit. We also loved having Passion Bakery (try the malasadas!) and Scotty's surf shop within a block of the place. The unit itself is a small studio but has everything you could need. There is no air conditioning but the fans and ocean breeze were enough to keep us cool. There are beach chairs, two towels, fins, umbrella, cooler, and clothes line provided and coin operated laundry on site. We loved our stay and will be back!

Central location made it easy to go on excursions in any direction! Great little bakery, half a block away, had home made malasadas on certain days of the week! The #9 Studio was very clean, lots of linens and basic necessities! The VIEW was unbelievable, right on the ocean! The little beach was perfect; sandy enough to sit and relax and then cool off in tide pool! We saw fishermen, surfers and even whales! No AC but ocean breeze was great; we even had to shut windows one morning because it was too cool!

Wonderful time!
Sandra · Apr 2022
We enjoyed our vacation experience immensely!! The unit we stayed in, 354, was fantastic, the view was amazing, the location was very convenient to everything. The only thing that put a damper on our vacation was the ROOSTERS!! They were everywhere, ****-a-doodling all day long, waking us up early morning, we were on vacation and wanted to rest and relax. We sure wish they could control them somehow! We went to Maui after we left Kauai and we hardly saw any, was finally able to sleep!! But the property at Islander On The Beach was exquisite, grounds so beautiful, nice pool! Overall we enjoyed our vacation! Wish our unit had a bigger kitchenette! But we so enjoyed our time sitting on the Lanai, eating some meals admiring the ocean view!!!

A Wonderful Family Vacation
Debra · Feb 2022

This was a great little spot in Wailua for our last 3 of 17 nights on Kauai. It's very small but had everything we needed along with an amazing view. My only suggestion would be to invest in a nice set of sheets. These were very warm as they are 100% polyester . Mahalo!

Perfectly located beach home
Lisa H. · Oct 2021
We loved this spot and each time we left to adventure we couldn't wait to return to our little home. Perfect for two and stocked with everything we could need to enjoy the wonderful semi private beach just seconds away from our studio. Warm blue waters, beautiful tropical fish and sea turtles! Bring goggles for snorkeling in the cove! Seriously the best spot we found on Kauai in October for daily swimming. The only issue we had was that we are light sleepers and the constant roaring ocean waves and roosters had a tendency to keep us from deep sleep. With that said, Kapaa Sands was a wonderful spot and we highly recommend!

We loved the private beach access! This was such a cute stay. There were fans and the breeze was so nice. There is no AC like most places here, but that wasn’t a problem bc of the wind flow in the apartment. Nice amenities with beach chairs, towels, equipment you need for a fun beach day! Very peaceful when we walked in. There is also a pool which is nice. Location is also great. Thank you!!

Christiann L. · Jul 2021
This was a great spot for a week on Kauai. It definitely got hot and sticky at night (expected for July), but sleeping with the lanai door open and the fans going really helped. The interior colors were calming and refreshing and the outside view was unmatched. The lanai felt private and spacious for me and my husband to sip coffee in the mornings (try Aloha Roastery for a nearby spot) and watch the waves and eat dinner in the evening. I’d definitely recommend this location if you can handle no AC / just fans and ocean breeze.

If we ever go back, I will look to stay here. Just amazing.
great location, great view, great place to stay
Olena Y. · Jul 2018
We are here(Kaapa Sands, unit 9) right now. We rented this place from July 20th, 2018 to July 29th, 2018. I've been to a lot of countries (Europe, Asia, USA etc) and it seems like it's the best place I've ever rented for the money that we spent! Oceanfront views of Wailua Bay, 10 steps from a small, uncrowded beach - it's magic. Apartment #9 is like brand new and has absolutely EVERYTHING you may need: full-size fridge, microwave, stove, dishwasher, blender, coffee machine, toaster, all types of plates and glasses, brand new beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels etc. Location is great! Best pastry shop on the east coast of the island - 2 min walk, best sushi - also here. You can WALK to the very nice Lava Lava Beach Club for a drink or two (they have a very solid mai-tai). Hell, you could swim to it from the apartment if you wanted to work up some hunger.
Communication with the staff has been great. The one minor issue we had (a broken kitchen cabinet door) was resolved quickly and without fuss.
The apartment does not have an AC, but that has not been an issue at all with the pleasant ocean breeze and ceiling fan. Eating our meals (which we on the balcony looking onto the bay, listening to the sounds of the surf), almost private beach. What else could you ask for?
Tranquil condo with amazing views
Megan M. · Mar 2016
We stayed 8 nights at this condo and it exceeded our expectations. This was our first trip to Kauai and we will definitely be coming back again. We loved the central location on the island- it was close to everything. The grounds of this condo are beautiful and lush and the views are amazing. We found the condo to be very quiet- the sound of the crashing waves just below drowned out any other noises.
The interior of the condo was very tranquil and inviting. We loved coming back to it after an awesome day exploring the island. We found that the condo had everything we needed- towels, beach chairs, boogie boards, coolers, etc. The kitchen was nicely stocked with all the equipment you would need. We did not use the pool on the grounds at all, but it looked nice.
The view is amazing. Comparable resort rooms with this type of view will run you 400+ a night. This condo is an amazing deal. Overall, if you are looking for a relaxing and romantic place to stay- this is the condo for you. We loved it here and didn't want to leave!
First trip to the Islands....
Joe P. · Sep 2015
KS 9 was our choice after hours of searching and planning our first trip to Hawaii, having chosen Kauai as the go to Isle for us...WOW . The room and view are more fabulous than the pictures online, perfect spot for two ! Lots to do and see great food right across the street, literally steps away... ( awesome fish tacos ). Located east-side for access to all the island offers luau ,hiking, helicopter , Napali sail, snorkeling at Tunnels... a short drive north or south... close to airport , shopping, a perfect jumping off point.
The Kapaa grounds our breathe taking , tropical plants everywhere, clean, quiet and very private ! Nice secluded pool and BBQ area never crowded like large resorts...Perfect get away ! Dawn has the room well decorated for that island feel and is totally updated ,incredible view from lanai ! We were there just as last hurricanes passed by, lots of surfers right off shore, turtles is surf below room, took pictures of fish in pool also !
Words can't describe the experience you will have to do that for yourself ...Enjoy KS9

What a great value!
Jaime D. · May 2015
This room was perfect for my husband and myself for 6 nights. The ocean breezes keep it very comfortable and you will never miss not having air conditioning. We slept with the sliding glass doors open every night and slept very soundly to the sound of the ocean waves which are right outside of your door! The price on this little gem is quite a value as well.
The only negative note I would make is that the swimming pool was closed for a homeowners association meeting for an entire day, and the closed sign was left up a day or two after that as well. There are plenty of beaches nearby though so it wasn't a terrible loss.
Perfect in every way GO!
Valerie B. · Mar 2015
Just returned from this marvelous condo and must say it is the nicest place we have stayed in the Islands.
Lulled to sleep by waves every night. Dawn has created heaven in this condo. It was nicer than the photos and so centrally located to everything. BBQ by pool was great way to cook meals. Tidal pools were brimming with life and ocean toys/chairs on lanai were so fun to play with. Everything was perfect.
Make sure you visit farmers market and get shave ice over mac nut ice cream from Hee fat general store in Kapa'a. Visit Lydgate park for beach time-sheltered area for babies and sandy surf for body boards.
Ke'e beach is a tropical paradise at the end of the road where you can view Napali coast.
Be prepared to share beaches with local wild chickens
We will positively be back GO just Go
Amazing Experience

My boyfriend and I had the most amazing time in Kauai. The condo was absolutely perfect. The locale, beach, view, attention to detail were top notch. I cannot imagine staying anywhere else when I visit again. This place is a hidden gem. We went all over the island and at the end of the day, sitting on the balcony overlooking our little piece of heaven was our favorite part. We saw whales, dolphins, turtles, collected amazing little shells, snorkeled, boogie boarded all right in front of the condo! I would rate this place a perfect 10!
Perfect beachfront condo!
Dec 2014
My husband and I stayed here for a week celebrating our 20th wedding anniversary. This studio was perfect in every way. We watched the sunrise and surfers from our deck because the ocean is actually just a few steps away. We discovered a delightful sheltered ocean "pool" for swimming just blocks away at Lydgate Park, and an amazing walking/jogging/biking path just north along the ocean. We saw whales spouting on our jog on this path the last morning we were there. We also explored both the Na Poli coast and Waimea canyon - Kapa'a is the perfect location if you want an easy drive anywhere on the island. The owner has a small cooler (with ice packs in the freezer), beach chairs, boogie boards and beach mats and towels so we were well-equipped when we went off on our adventures each day. The unit is beautifully decorated and always cool with the breeze from the ocean, and the location of the unit on the property could not be better. After seeing the huge condominium developments at Princeville - none of which have the ocean access we did - we couldn't imagine staying anywhere else. We really didn't want to leave!
Ocean Paradise, Perfect for 2 - We will be back!!
Stephanie O. · Nov 2014
We are SO thankful to have found this place in Kappa'a! We were over the moon with the accommodations and realized more and more as the week went on what a little piece of paradise the location and beach truly is. We've rented a number of VRBOs in the past and on occasion, the photos are enhanced - that is not true here, what you see is what you get. You are literally steps from the beach and have better views than most high-end resorts. The unit is furnished with everything you need and is very updated - it enabled us to do some meals on our own but it was also walking distance to a number of cute places to eat, have a coffee or a cocktail. As a bonus, the owner has provided beach chairs, blender, umbrellas, beach towels, coolers, etc - all the extras making it hassle-free! We visited a number of other beaches and parks during our stay and each time ended up appreciating the beach at the unit even more - it's uncrowded, has little tide pools for swimming and enabled us to see monk seals, sea turtles and many birds from the porch. You can't go wrong if you stay here - there isn't one thing we would change about this place!
Truly the Best Find! We love Kapaa Sands Unit 9!!
Jul 2014
It is in a quiet resort that sits on a beautiful beach with the most crazy ocean views you will find. You have the most amazing oceanfront view possible. I had no idea it sits as close to the beach as it does. The pictures don't do it justice at all - it is so beautiful and tranquil. I was in this unit before they remodeled it, and wow - beyond what I thought was possible! The bed is soo comfortable, and with all the windows the trade winds keep it cool - love the sound of the ocean. The staff is amazing and so helpful. We love the shops across the street to pick something up as a treat, or a walk down to the Coconut Marketplace. We picked bikes there one day for a stroll on the bike path. We will continue to come back to unit 9 - our home away from home!
Beautiful Unit - Beyond Expectations - Highly Recommend
Jul 2014
When we walked in the door all we could see was ocean - it is such a peaceful setting. The unit was so beautiful and had everything we needed, and the owner was great to work with. We had stayed in this unit last year, and the updates the new owner made are amazing, and really set this unit off from the others! We love the quietness of the resort and the location is perfect for what we like to do on island, if staying near by or going to North Shore. Passion Bakery across the street is great for morning coffee or a quick treat before heading out in the morning. We love hearing the waves at night, and spending some peaceful time on the lanai. The trade winds keep the unit nice and cool. We frequently visit Kauai, and we will continue to come back to Kapaa Sands Unit 9!
Incredible Unit!
Jul 2014
We were absolutely thrilled to be sitting on top of the ocean in this amazing unit. It was very cozy and obvious the owner had put a lot of care into the unit. It is BEAUTIFUL! We walked across the street to the restaurants and felt right at home at this tropical paradise. This has to be one of the nicest units and best kept secrets for sure!
PARADISE FOUND!!!
Jul 2014
What a surprise when we found the location and views of this unit were even better than the owner described! It sits in the middle of the resort and has full ocean views in every direction! It is nicely updated with everything we needed. The owner was so great to work with and helped us with things to do close by. We liked staying mid island so everything so close by. We have already booked our stay for next year, because this place can't be beat! We love unit 9!!

We had an amazing time in unit 9 and enjoyed having our coffee on the lanai every morning watching the sunrise. This was truly our home away from home while we were here. We felt so comfortable, and we have never slept so good listening to the waves at night. We saw turtles at the reef playing around, and fish in the tide pools. The stars at night were so beautiful. The owner has done a great job with this unit, and we are planning our trip for next year. It is located in a quiet spot and easy to get around island. I miss it already!! Thanks for making us feel at home!
Oceanfront Paradise Found!!
Nov 2013
The condo is beautiful and the ocean view was beyond my expectations, and you can see down the entire coastline. It was just updated by the new owner, and they made the condo so comfortable, it had everything we needed, and bonus with the full kitchen. It was amazing sitting on the lanai watching the turtles come into the cove! I wasn't sure what it was at first, but sure enough it was a green turtle - so cute. It is located mid island which made it easy to explore the island. I discovered Paradise Bakery just across the street with latte's and a pastry to start our day. I will be coming back for sure!
