The property, though quite old, is well-maintained and offers a great view. We were pleasantly surprised to find beach chairs, towels, an umbrella, and a small cooler during our stay. These amenities were incredibly convenient for our long, leisurely beach days.At the time be checked in, no one was in the office but written parking instructions were provided with a permit to park.Thanks for sharing your home with us.

Beautiful breakfast view! We loved hearing the ocean all night and waking to have breakfast while watching ocean waves. *Central location helped us see and do everything we wanted *beach access down the street, but a short easy walk*location was great for accessing local places/highway to other areas*Prices for food, etc were better than North or South shore. *highway traffic was visible from the lanai but not bothersome*condo was very quiet, peaceful and private -roosters crow at all hours but that is true everywhere in Kauai*The condo was light and bright and very clean. *The kitchen had everything we needed except cooking oils. Ice trays (4) in the freezer*Living room has a smart TV, comfortable couch and dining table. *Pool is small but clean and we'll kept - grounds are kept nicely and has BBQs available for outdoor dining. *Coffee shop across the street and Coconut Marketplace (shops and Farmers Market T/Th) up the street (about 5 minute walk on safe side streets with sidewalks and beautiful palms) made mornings either quick and easy to head out to other adventures or great for an unhurried stroll to wake up and get breakfast. *Overall a fantastic stay and will forever have memories of our comfortable stay. I would definitely go back.*One thing I wished for was an upgrade in the bathroom for the bath/shower. It did the job for getting clean after ocean and sand, but was small, worn and not inviting. Updating this would make the condo

Peaceful Stay
We booked last minute (genuinely at 4pm the day we went) after a rough go at camping. The Vacasa crew worked with my short notice, made sure the place was clean, and even dropped off a welcome basket before we got there. This unit has a beautiful ocean view - we enjoyed sitting on the porch all day. Would stay here again!
Amazing spot
We really enjoyed this place. Views were incredible. It was clean, lots of space, very comfortable. The location is central to great restaurants, beaches, and hikes. 10/10
The only thing I would warn others about is the smell. The area uses recycled water to hydrate plants and it smells like sulfur, sometimes mild sometimes heavy. Those with sensitive noses should beware. It didn’t bother my much but my wife was very uncomfortable when it was heavier. Otherwise absolutely amazing.
Lovely property
The location was perfect. I loved how it sits up on a small bluff overlooking the ocean and the beach is just steps away. We ate breakfast almost every morning enjoying the view and watching the sunrise! The condo was incredibly clean and I felt at home immediately! I am a travel advisor and have already recommended this place to several friends and clients. Thank you and can’t wait to come back!!
