Notes

K Building and Lobby Termite Treatment

Please be advised that during the termite tenting of K Building and the Lobby, our Front Desk and Housekeeping will be temporarily located in Unit J105, accessible through the lanai side. Hours of operation will remain 24 hours. This project is scheduled for August 24–26, 2026.

We understand this may cause some inconvenience, but this treatment is necessary to maintain the safety and quality of our facilities. Although we do not anticipate changes, the schedule is subject to change, and we will notify you promptly of any updates.

During this project:
-Housekeeping Services will be paused and will resume once we return to the regular office. Room supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, shampoo, and other essentials may be picked up at Unit J105.
-Front Desk Service such as check-in, check-out, laundry soap, quarters, coffee and other services you may need will be in J105.
-Boarding Pass Printing will be available in Unit J105. Please email your information to info@ponokairesort.com for printing.

The Concierge Desk will be temporarily located at the Pool area for guest services.

A Lovely Place in Paradise

This place is conveniently located in Kapp'a midway between the north and south shores of the island. It has a garden view and is located on the paved walkway that goes for miles along the coast. It has a pull out couch to make any lazy day in front of the TV more comfortable. For the beach days, the unit had chairs, a cooler, an umbrella and boogie boards! Everything was very clean, as if we were the first people to use the place - which is a BIG bonus! The complex has a pool, a laundry room, croquet, and putting greens. We had a terrific time and can't wait to have a return visit!

Pono Kai has always felt like a second home to us; relaxing and comfortable. We notified vacasa that the screen and patio needed attention and this was dealt with the next day. the location is accessible to the bus routes and grocery store so we didn't rent a car.
