Being located on the Coconut Coast makes our condos a great place to stay for some Kauai sightseeing, and you will love having access to golfing, shopping, dining, and just about any other activity you can imagine.

Wailua Bay View condos are great for singles, families, and friends as they will accommodate up to four guests. The condominiums have one bedroom and one bathroom and are equipped with bath towels. Comfortable bedding arrangements, along with a full kitchen and washer and dryer make this vacation condo your home-away-from-home. Some condos even have a sofa bed, so be sure to inquire if that special request is available. Some of the great activities you'll find while in Kauai are the spectacular hiking opportunities, freshwater kayaking, numerous beaches, fishing, snorkeling, and more. If you aren’t familiar with the area, you might want to check out some of the hiking guide books that are offered at the Wailua Bay View lending library.

You'll feel like you've found your own tropical paradise when you take advantage of the pool, the fitness room, the open-air recreation pavilion with comfortable chairs and a library, the putting green, and the private grassy cliff, with reclining chairs, overlooking Ulua beach. The Wailea paved oceanfront walkway also starts in front of the complex and will lead you past Wailea’s top resorts. These condos feature private lanais, bedroom air conditioning, free WiFi, and in-suite washer/dryers. With two-bedroom floor plans starting at over 1,300-square-feet, your family can relax in comfort without stepping on each other’s toes!

Great Location and View!

We really enjoyed our time at Wailua Bay. The central location on the island worked really well. The view from the condo and sounds of the waves were fantastic! It was also convenient to walk to local restaurants and markets and had quick beach access. We appreciated having the chairs and cooler to use at the beach. We would definitely stay here again!

Great view! Watched the sunrise every morning (in the winter months). Close to coconut marketplace and the best malasadas in town at Paradise cafe! 2 min walk to the beach with a private wash off station. Check in was super easy. Private parking available. Restaurants within walking distance.

Great Kauai Sunrise Watching Lanai

Perfect location for sunrise and whale spouting watching. Also, it was centrally located for the itinerary we planned for the week. This property is very clean, the bed and pillows are comfortable. We slept great with the air conditioner on in the bedroom. The kitchen had all that we needed and then some. The beach gear (not brand new) but still was perfect for us. We would be happy to stay here again.
