Overall, our stay was good. When we first arrived, the unit felt extremely hot. The listing states that the unit has A/C, however come to find that only one room in the unit has A/C. After opening all the windows, the wind comes through and cools the unit down a bit, but throughout our stay we felt like we needed to stay in room that had A/C since it was so hot.
Also, on the first night our shower was broken, which was frustrating. The owner addressed the issue the next day and fixed the shower.
The balcony views are unmatched, the in-unit washer and dryer was great (especially for beach days), and the kitchen was great for making breakfast. The location is also really prime. Easy access to each part of the island and to the beach. The pool was awesome, and right across the street there are good eats, a convenience store, and the must have Passion Bakery Cafe.
Though we had some issues at the start of our stay, the owner was very responsive. We had an incredible time on the Kauai!

Loved our stay here and this condo was in a good location for quick trips to the north or south parts of the island!The AC unit in the bedroom was great, just sad we couldn’t hear the waves, but the AC was a must when we were there! We traveled with 2 kids, with the breeze and fans making it okay for the pull out bed, I would just encourage families to not have teenagers (or those who need more sleep) stay here as the chickens and roosters woke up our teen each morning…The pool was also great and fun after exploring the island each night :)
Great ocean view
The balcony is a the perfect place to relax, see the sunrise, watch surfers, and eat meals. The grounds are beautiful and well-kept. Great location on the island.
