After a rocky start with changing managers, everything went really well. I had to contact them about an issue, and the property manager came out within 30 mins to fix it. Great that you can talk with someone directly and get fast service. Was a very nice place to stay, great location, very clean and nice view. Would recommend staying there.

Aloha! Me and my boyfriend had an amazing time at the Airbnb. The place is just as described and AC was in the living room and the bed room. It’s very well equipped as well. It felt just like home. The balcony is so stunning and loved seeing the surfers and hearing the waves at night.

If you want a place that has plenty of restaurants within walking distance as well as a place you can just relax on the lanai and listen to the waves crash, this is it. Wonderful home located in a great area to hit either side of the Island depending on what you want to do, we’d definitely stay here again if we come back to Kauai.

Great condo. Love Wailua Bay View because the views are incredible and this unit was no exception. This condo had an AC in the main room and in the bedroom which was an added bonus, as other condos in the building only have AC’s in the bedrooms. Condo was fully equipped and Vacasa was extremely prompt with our concerns.

Everything was just as advertised! On the first morning we couldn't get the coffee pot to work, so we reached out to the "help" contact and they dropped of a brand new coffee maker that morning!! The only problem we had was, we couldn't stay longer!! :( I would stay at this location again if I were ever lucky enough to come back to Kauai.

We stayed several condominiums in islands of Hawaii, and this property was the most well maintained and equipped one. We usually bring some stuff for kitchen and bathroom use, but we didn’t need anything we brought because everything was there. I don’t know that is the owner’s standard or Vacasa standard, but we appreciate what they offer. Thank you!

What a dreamy place to stay. The couch on the balcony was my favorite spot for sunrise, sunset or just catching some rays of sun. Never never ventured to the pool because it was easier to grab snacks and drinks right in the unit listening to the waves crash. We saw Dolphins and Seals right from the unit. Extremely well appointed as far as kitchen gadgets and items you might need like beach towels, cooler, chairs, etc.

We loved the position of the condo on the east side. We could also walk to Coconut Marketplace for some supplies.
The condo was super clean and had all the kitchen utensils that we needed. We also appreciated the beach chairs, umbrella’s and excellent cold bag.
The pool area was beautifully landscaped and great for an early morning swim or afternoon cool off.
We would absolutely stay here again.

Quiet complex. Great view of the coast and ocean. Vacasa is great but their automated text service is very cold and just sticks to the rules of the transaction. We asked if we could get I early and all we got was “canned response”. If you really want to get some service, you have to call. We went to the 2 waterfalls close to the unit while waiting, which are awesome, but Vacasa, do better!!! I’d gladly exchange the cookies for a real person giving me help with early check in.

We are so happy we stayed here. You cannot beat the view from your lanai. The condo had all the amenities that you need. The bed was comfortable and the space was plenty large enough for a couple or family with small children. The location was perfect to explore both the north and south coasts. Great location. Quiet and away from touristy areas but close enough to walk to Lydgate beach daily and an easy drive to get to other parts of the island. We’ve stayed in Princeville before, but will be coming back here again. We had a great time.

What a wonderful place. Comfortable, clean, and conveniently-located within steps of great restaurants, farmers markets, and of course - the beach! And nothing beats that incredible, unobstructed ocean view from the apartment’s private lanai. I just sat and read there for hours, letting the sound of the sea lull me into perfect rest and relaxation. Would recommend to anyone looking for a perfect Kauai getaway.

It’s hard to put down how nice this unit was. Comfortable beds, AC, washer and dryer, everything was tip top. Location is great if you are planning on exploring the island. Easy access to great bakeries, shops, and restaurants. And most of all, the view. It’s near impossible to beat a balcony on the ocean where you can sit and listen to the waves and wind, watch the surfers and the sunrise. 100/10

The owners really thought of everything you could want/need and is labeled to eliminate any doubt! The amenities are over the top and the place couldn’t be more perfect for the price! The unit has AC and that is NOT alway the case when you rent a condo here in Kauai. The temp is always great but after a long day out side it is so nice to take a shower and not instantly be sweaty from the humidity. 11/10!

The view is the main reason we booked this place. The location is great too. There are stairs so that is difficult with luggage but still doable. The air conditioner is rather loud but expected with the setup like most places on the island. Better to have air conditioner vs none at all. Would recommend to others.

We stayed for 6 nights in this lovely condo right on the Wailua Bay. The location was perfect for a central location to explore the island. Our mornings and evenings were spent enjoying the view and the sound of the ocean on the lanai. The condo was perfect size for 2 people with plenty of room to move about. Loved having the washer/dryer. Condo was very clean and well taken care of. Kitchen was fully stocked and the beach towels, cooler, and equipment were an added bonus. (There was only 1 beach chair., but we were happy to have even one.) Walking distance to a great bakery and not far from the grocery store. Would definitely stay here again! We were sad to leave the island and our little condo with the best view!

Entire resort was welcoming and impeccably clean! Loved the beach access and rinse area. Passion bakery and Napoli Brewing were amazing and located conveniently across the street. This condo has everything you will need for a relaxing and wonderful vacation! From beach chairs/towels/umbrella/cooler to a fully stocked kitchen; you can pack less and play more! The bed and furniture are comfortable and it’s the cleanest VRBO I’ve ever stayed in. The bathroom is stocked with tons of towels and has hotel size starter toiletries. The VRBO appears to be newly remodeled. I felt that the unit manager and Vacasa were reachable if needed. The view is beautiful and the unit manager is extremely helpful and kind. The pool was lovely and the washer/dryer and AC in the unit was very appreciated . The location was close to the airport, restaurants, and shopping.

This is the cleanest and nicest VRBO I’ve ever stayed in! They have literally thought of everything you will need! A fully stocked kitchen, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, starter sets of toiletries, paper products, etc. The description of the property is spot on. The furniture and bed we’re comfortable and there was plenty of pillows, bedding, and towels. The property manager was nice and very helpful with the area. The pool was lovely and the view was gorgeous. The unit appeared newly remodeled. Excellent communication by Vacasa. I highly recommend!!

Next to the ocean, close to a big marketplace that has lot of food options. Love the ocean facing patio with privacy. Kitchen has almost everything, we didn't think we would use the washer and dryer but used it 4 times during our trip. This condo is midway between north and south side of island so not too close to anything but everything is equidistant. There is really only 1 highway in Kauai and it can get bottle necked. North bound 56 was open during very specific hours during our stay and we couldn't hit the beaches past Aninie.

This condo is midway between north and south side of island so not too close to anything but everything is equidistant. There is really only 1 highway in Kauai and it can get bottle necked. North bound 56 was open during very specific hours during our stay and we couldn't hit the beaches past Aninie.

We loved this condo! When we parked we weren't sure what it would be like as the building is right off a main road and its a bit dated. Couldn't have been happier!!! 211 is far enough from the road that you literally heard only the ocean from the kitchen/Living room/lanai. We loved the decor. We loved the cleanliness!! It was so well stocked with everything we needed. We vacation ALOT and Vacasa is always a notch above the rest. The detail put into their homes is so tasteful. Our vacation went by way to fast. I have never re-booked any location as I really enjoy seeing/finding new places. This is the first condo that I would strongly consider booking again.
We didn't have to use the A/C at all. We opened the slider onto the lanai and opened the bedroom windows/front door slats/ and the cross breeze was enough to keep it comfortable. At night we used a fan. The pool on the property isn't fancy but kept very clean and comfortable temperature. The rental came with chairs/cooler/umbrella. All the necessities for ocean play.
The ONLY drawback is that the bedroom is facing the parking lot/street and there was lot of street noise through the night. We solved that problem by sleeping in the living room!! ;) Sleeping to the ocean sounds is a dream come true.
The location is GREAT for ease of going to Poipu or Princeville. Kapa'a is right in the middle of both. We found it easy to explore both ends of the island with really reasonable travel times to both.
Our favorite snorkeling beaches were Anini, Lydgate, Lawai. Lots of others that were great for play and fun.
MUST do is Waimea Canyon. Hiked Sleeping Giant. Boat ride up Fern Grotto.
