Beautiful property just steps from the beach. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked. There's a shopping center within walking distance. Private lanai was a great place to have coffee in the mornings. The couch in the living room could stand to be updated. We will be returning for another stay!

This is our fifth visit to Kauai and this was the best condo we’ve stayed at, I will book this exact condo again for our next visit. Steps from the pool and beach. Very well appointed with absolutely everything you will need. Perfect location in the middle of the island. The best ocean view!

Great house
KatiaI H. · Jul 2025
This house is so close to the beach, open the curtains and look at the waves.
The private pool is awesome and always clean.
You can just go throght the back gate and you are at the beach, no need to drive anywhere. The beach is great for snorkeling with tons of tropical fish.
You can also walk to many restaurants and stores.
The kitchen is full with everything you might need.
Plenty of towels and beach supplies are available for the guest to use, as beach towels, chairs, snorkeling equipment, Umbrelas and more.
I my room for improvement I see if the couch is a little uncomfortable and old, and the main bedroom suit shower could use a better shower curtain system. The shower is so powerful and awesome with 4 shower heads, but when you use all at once it spills water outside the shower into the toilet area.
I would still book this place over and over and be happy with all.
The Perfect Kauai Getaway
Weldon B. · Jun 2025
This property was the perfect spot for our family of four. The first floor walkout to the pool and beach from the Lanai made this feel more like a beach cottage than a condo. The unit was perfectly stocked with food everything we needed from beach accommodations to cooking supplies. The location is excellent as it’s tucked away in a quiet corner of the beach with easy access to the amenities that Kapaa provides. It’s also centrally located on the east shore making day trips to the north and south a breeze. I definitely recommend this unit for a perfect family getaway.

The unit was spacious, well equipped and very comfortable. We loved the swimming pool, eating our meals outside & being able to walk to shops and restaurants. The complex was quiet, we always got parking right out front & everything was exactly as advertised. We would definitely stay here again!

This is our second time staying at this location. That says it all!! Location cannot be better. You are close to everything!! Condo is amazing!! They do not skimp on anything! Ocean front is the best! Condo is very big and beds very comfy! Shower is fabulous. I could go on and on. You will love it!!
Well stocked home in a great location with incredible views
Elizabeth · Apr 2025
We stayed for 8 nights at Lanikai 113 and loved the home. It is well stocked, we found everything we needed plus more! The location is very central and it was easy to get anywhere we needed on the island. Parking is easy, the lot was never full and we always found a spot right in front of the unit. The building was very quiet during our stay, we were often the only ones outside or using the pool. Overall we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Thank you!
Incredible lodging location and view
Nena N. · Mar 2025
We travel a lot and know what is reasonable to expect when we rent a condo but this place exceeded all of our expectations. Beautifully furnished with every comfort taken into consideration. The lanai has loungers where you can sit all day and enjoy the ocean right in front of you. We would come back in a heartbeat! Truly recommend without any reservations. Location was perfect also. You can easily walk to many food venues and it is location in the middle of the island making it perfect for navigating to the North or South.

A fine rental! Great spot and amenities. Everything needed for a comfortable stay. Four great beach chairs, coolers and an umbrella for beach days. Good quality kitchen/dining utensils. Comfortable beds. No shortcomings! We’ve rented many places and this is right up there with the best. We’ll be back!

Kristy N. · Jan 2024
We enjoyed this property very much. We visited other beach locations and everyone agreed that this location was less crowded and more private. The pool area was perfect and we used the grill almost daily. The beach is small but enough for a swim and snorkel and visit from some turtles. The lava lava restaurant up the way was very entertaining. Another short walk across the street we were able to try fresh masalas at Passion Bakery. The other guests in this building were very nice.

Andrea N. · May 2022
The condo location, cleanliness, decor was absolutely amazing! We really enjoyed this property. The only improvement, we all agreed could be the furniture. It was beautiful, but the couch collapses when someone sits down, and sounds like the person ate too many beans. LOL! The pretty antique recliner chairs made our backs hurt while watching a movie in the evenings, but overall, we LOVED IT!!! :)
Very clean and pristine

Excellent place to stay in Kauai
Thomas · Feb 2022
The apartment is spacious and well appointed, with fabulous views of the ocean and access to a sheltered beach. We spent many mornings watching the sunrise. Grounds were immaculate, with a pool and beach both within a minute's walk from the patio. Highly recommended.
Excellent place to stay in Kauai
Thomas W. · Feb 2022
Superb location, with nothing between you and the ocean save a shared pool and beach. Sunrises were breathtaking. The apartment was beautifully appointed, spacious and well equipped. The management was helpful (though not needed except for entry and exit logistics, since we had no issues at all during our stay). The website pictures are entirely accurate. Highly recommended.
Is this place for sale??
Kerri A. · Jan 2022
I left this place looking to see if any in the community were for sale. It was perfect! You could open the sliding glass door and walk straight out to the pool or the beach. The pictures were accurate. There weren't any surprises when we went in the condo/yard because we knew what everything looked like. It was so nice to just walk out the door and let the kids play on the beach without having to load everyone up in a car.
There were some beach supplies in the closet. I know there was an umbrella because we used an umbrella on the beach, but we didn't use anything else so I don't know what was there.
Somethings that were mentioned in the description/other review: There isn't assigned parking but there was always plenty of space to park. When we booked it was for 6 not 4. There are two king sized beds but that was perfect for us because 4 of the people in our group were little kids and they all shared a bed. I walked in expecting there to be a smell based on another post, but there wasn't anything. We had plenty of toilet paper/towels/shampoo etc.
This place has spoiled all other Hawaiian condos for me! I mean, come on, I saw whales breeching as I was doing the dishes! Can your trip be anymore amazing than that?
I would rent here again in a heartbeat.
Excellent oceanfront condo!
Heather · Jan 2022
This condo was very spacious for family of 5. The upgraded kitchen was very well appointed - plenty of dishes/glasses, cookware, utensils, etc. Beautiful upgraded baths. Although our weather was not ideal, we made good use of the lanai table and awesome reclining chairs. With the rain we appreciated the access to streaming platforms on the tv. Nice first floor location with pool, beach, BBQ grill right in front. Easy parking and access into unit. Would definitely recommend and would love to return one day!

Perfect home away from home
dustin · Jan 2022
Conveniently located centrally on Kauai so easy drive to both ends of the island and just minutes from airport. Easy access to walking path, beautiful direct view of the ocean and sunrises. We stay in VRBO often and this one is super-well equipped with everything you’d expect. Floor plan great for 2 couples or family of 4. This experience was flawless and we would very much consider staying in this same unit if we return to Kauai.

Awesome view for sunrise. Right next to a property that had a great sit down restaurant. Will definitely look at coming back in the future.
We will be back
Brent · Sep 2021
We loved this unit and will surely be back in the future. We stayed for over a week and our young children had and absolute blast. They started calling it “home”. We ate under the covered patio every day, just steps away from the pool and beach. Numerous restaurants and coffee shops within a walking distance. Being on the 1 st floor was ideal and our children used the shared grassy area as our own little backyard. The AC worked great and was totally needed with high temps and humidity. The only con for us was that the unit was not baby friendly- so we had to baby proof it so that we didn’t destroy anything! We go to the Hawaiian islands a lot. This place is a hidden gem. Book it and get excited because it’s the full package.
Loved it!

We stay the week of January 15-24, from the moment we opened the door to the condo we where all impressed. The condo had everything we needed and more. The convenience of the ground floor was awesome and easy access to the pool and beach. The weather was amazing and the scenery even better. The coconut shopping center was two blocks away and LaVa Lava restaurant was right next door.
The only issue we has was the second bedroom bed frame was loose and the bed is VERY noisy. We will definatley recommen this place to all of our friends and family.

Lovely Setting, Clean and Updated
Daniel C. · Jan 2020
Such a great place to wake up each morning hearing the surf. AC is a plus in each room but we didn't overuse it. Not all condos have this.
The kitchen is very well-stocked with cooking utensils, lots of dishes and tools. Outdoor grill snd cool tiki torches!
Lots of towels etc. Beds were comfortable.
The pool and garden were immaculate.
Only negatives: I believe the furniture is dated. The sofa is very noisy. Not comfy at this point. A sectional would be better than what's in the living area. But, expensive to replace in Hawaii. Easy to put up with that.
Then, There was a bad storm (3.8 inches of rain) on December 23-24 which means the river nearby was overflowing and goes into the surf at beaches. It doesn't smell too good and no one went in to surf or swim for several days.
Nearby Lava Lava is just an easy walk and there's Hawaiian music every evening. Good food with variety of choices.

We were very happy with the location, parking and townhome.
The townhome was very clean with a Hawaiian Asian feel which I like. Mahalo for the well thought out fruit basket with other goodies, well appreciated. Everything work there were no problems. The instructions for the fans were great. The weather was great, we were able to enjoy the pool and beach.
I would recommend this townhome. Aloha no!

This place in a beautiful location and it is an upgrade unit that is stocked with everything you need! We had a toddler with us and there was plenty of toys (indoors, beach, and pool) to keep him entertained. We didn't want to leave!

To start with, the Vacasa team - Lisa, Jennifer, et. al. - were fantastic. When I checked in, Lisa personally showed me around the room, the grounds, and recommended plenty of good restaurants and activities. The room is in immaculate shape and so are the grounds and pool area ... with the beach just a few steps from the pool. The photos advertising #113 are quite accurate, and I'd have to say that staying here and enjoying the views were even better than the pics. Snatch this room while you can, truly!
Awesome place! Looks exactly like the pictures.

Beautiful condo that came extremely well supplied both inside and out. Kitchen has great equipment. Movies, books. All the beach equipment you need - beach chairs, mats, towels, boogie boards, snorkeling fins and masks, umbrellas. Beach is right there for walking or swimming. Absolutely plan to come back!

This was an awesome condo! Looks just like the pictures. And very close to the beach. Condo was beautiful and had most everything you need provided. Kitchen was well supplied with good equipment and supplies. Beach needs were entirely met with ice chests, beach towels, beach chairs, mats, good snorkel gear & boogie boards. Also has movies, books, walking sticks. We can't wait to come back!

The condo was beautiful. Just remodeled, very clean and spacious. The best part of the condo was the amazing patio with fabulous outdoor furniture. The condo is also stocked with amazing pots, pans and dishes. The appliances are fabulous as well. If there was any con I would say the couch and pullout is something to be desired. Everything else was perfect and amazing. I would definitely come back and stay at that condo. The complex was small and so nice.
Outstanding!

We spent two weeks at this beautiful location and could not of been more pleased. Prior to arrival we received immediate feedback to our questions. We received thorough directions and instructions to get to the location. Upon arrival we entered a condo that had everything, and more, to make our vacation comfortable. The condo was clean, the kitchen had every necessary appliance, large fridge, washer and dryer. The location was perfect. Close to shopping, tourist attractions, restaurants and groceries. A lower level condo, we had wonderful access to the pool, bbq and beach. We can't wait to return. Mahalo.

Nice two bedroom condo. Full kitchen with stove, fridge and microwave is stocked well if you’re planning on cooking and all around comfortable to stay in and relax. located near shopping, restaurants yet, secluded enough for a high measure of peace and privacy. Cindy the manager was very accommodating and there to help. We really enjoyed our stay!

We came from Oahu for a quick trip to visit with family. The condo is so spacious and really gives you the feel of being at home and so beautifully furnished. We really enjoyed Grilling by the ocean and having dinner together on Lanai while we enjoyed the incredibly landscaped property. Talk about an incredible place to be with the sound of the ocean while you sleep! This condo is placed dead center of the property with sunrise and sunset views of the ocean, we couldn’t imagine being in a better space! So happy we got the opportunity to come and enjoy this place and spend quality time with our family. We really enjoyed how close it was to everything we needed groceries, shops restaurants. Passion Bakery was walking distance that we loved for breakfast and across the way they had delicious stuffed croissants with so many yummy fillings! We will definitely be back. So many polite people on the grounds including the groundskeepers and residents that live on the property really made us feel welcomed. Get and enjoy Kauai pasta! I have to say were still thinking about the food :) We can’t wait to come back and we will definitely be bringing family back to enjoy as well!
Paradise!

This condo has every amenity you could hope for, plus a spectacular view. It's quiet, the pool is wonderful, and the beach is perfect for kids and adults alike. There are great restaurants within an easy five minute walk (we loved Monaco's and Caffe Coco). We've stayed many different places in Kauai, including in several units in the complex next door, and this condo is by far the most spacious and lovely we've found. I'd come back again just for the shower in the master bath!
