Nice apartment

Perfect Big Island Experience

David · Mar 2026

The property itself is amazing, surrounded by plenty of shopping and dining options, as well as gourmet market for all of your cravings. Just 25-30 mins north of the airport, you’re home in no time. Your only 35 mins from Kaulu’ main shopping and restaurant area, where there are several seaside places to have a Mai Tai and watch a sunset. Cannot praise this property enough… already planning another visit back.

Rosa · Jan 2026

This was our first time on the Big Island and we had a fabulous time. The people loving its culture, the food loved the Poke and Shaved Ice but especially love staying at this beautiful home located very close to the pool, jacuzzi and workout room. Perfect location. We had a wonderful stay.

Great apartment

Kristina · Aug 2025

I think it's great apartment to spend your vacation in. The only thing we didn't like - how close the road is to the lanai. If you don't travel with a toddler - not an issue since the road is very quite. Other that this - great place, nice pool, clean, great location, modern apartment with everything in nice shape.

Great fully furnished condo at very convenient location

Fun with family

Chris H. · Apr 2025

I took my family with kids (9, 5, and 1). We had a wonderful stay and enjoyed the fresh feel of the space. The closeness to the beaches was wonderful as well as the quick walk to the Waikaloa to see the dolphins! At the end, we were rushed to pack and ended up accidentally leaving some things. The cleaners were fabulous in gathering and shipping those items to us.

Wonderfully refreshing

We went with our young family and really enjoyed the fresh, clean, and open feel of the unit. It was a great home base for our beach adventures.

We love visiting the Big Island and have stayed in Waikoloa many times. A-105 has been one of our favourite choices. We appreciated the upgraded renovations as well as the great customer service from the Property Management team…and, the Welcome Basket was truly a very thoughtful touch. Mahalo.

Great location and comfortable lodging

Kevin H. · May 2024

This two bedroom condo has all the right amenities for a comfortable stay in Waikoloa Beach. We were able to walk a short distance to shopping, restaurants, and the beach. The kitchen is well set up with cooking supplies and utensils. The bathrooms are large with fully working sinks and shower. The outdoor table and reclining chairs added to the enjoyment of our stay.

Heavenly Hawaii

Verified t. · Mar 2024

Vista Waikoloa is a perfect place to enjoy all that is Hawai’i! This wonderful unit offers every convenience needed and made our extended stay feel like we were home. The community pool, bbq and gym allowed us choices when we wanted to stay on premises. Restaurants, beaches and shopping were all close by! A Bay beach rocks! After 7 years in Maui we feel like we found a new “home” here! Have booked for next!

The perfect home base for our family vacation

Gabrielle L. · Jan 2024

We loved our time at this place. It was well stocked with everything we needed to make our trip a success. We enjoyed hanging on the lanai for our morning coffees, had a blast in the pool and found the walk short to A Bay or the shops. We hope to book it again for next year!

Best vacation ever!!

Janet · Mar 2023

Photos don’t do this home justice. It is absolutely beautiful! My favorite was the floor to ceiling sliders that opened up to a gorgeous view! The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were cozy. The main bath was 5 star hotel quality. The kitchen had top of the line appliances and had everything you could need. The home was beautifully decorated and we enjoyed all the amenities . Pool, work out space and grill area. Will definitely go back and stay at A-105.
