The house was in a quiet neighborhood. All instructions received were accurate. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well appointed. I would stay there again.

This find made me look like a genius! My colleagues and I were impressed with everything. The kitchen has everything you need and very spacious. Nice open plan and all rooms have their own bathrooms. The wifi is strong and works well. I will recommend to everyone and plan to come stay again!!

What a hidden gem! I usually stay in Kona, but decided to try somewhere new this time—and it was an awesome stay. We had six people, and everyone was comfortable and truly enjoyed themselves. Each person had their own bathroom, and everything worked perfectly, which made a big difference.One of my favorite things was the location. There’s a store just down the street within walking distance for groceries or anything you might need. The pool is literally on the same street, making it super convenient, and the beach club access was amazing. We were able to relax on chairs, tan, and enjoy the beach without it feeling overcrowded. We were also close to 49er Beach, which is one of my favorite spots for snorkeling.The AC worked great, and the fans were a huge help—very important in Hawaii. The kitchen was another standout; it was fully stocked with gadgets and equipment, allowing us to cook most (if not all) of our meals. We spent a lot of time playing games and loved opening up the living room to the backyard—it gave us those perfect Hawaii vibes you hope for when planning a vacation.The only minor issue was getting in touch with customer service during the holiday when we had a question, but I was able to figure things out, and they did eventually follow up. Overall, it was a fantastic stay and I would absolutely come back.

Awesome stay! would highly recommend. This property had everything we needed (and then some). Kitchen fully stocked, bathrooms had products available. Beach toys/chairs/umbrella, etc. all waiting for us in the garage. Beautiful home in great location (very close to amenities center/pool and short walk to Foodland Farms) very walkable and was super quiet. Property manager super responsive and very accommodating with the few requests that we did have. This was the nicest property we've stayed at in the Waikoloa/Mauna Lani area so far!

The location made our activities very accessible and the property with all its amenities, well stocked kitchen, adequate supply of towels, especially kitchen towels, cleanliness and comfort kept everyone very happy....

Loved the proximity to the beaches, the pool , shopping, Tommy Bahamas. House was spacious and well equipped. Appreciated the beach chairs, umbrella, and beach toys. Want to come back next year!

The condo was very well equipped and very clean.If you have children just know it is 1/2 mile from the pool. During busy times it is sometimes hard to find a chair at the pool during sunset. The food at the poolside was supberb. I would definitely stay there again.

A nice condo, but we felt like we were to secluded. House doesn't get much sunshine due to its location but it was quiet.

The property is wonderful, loved the location close to the community pool house. The Beach Club is a short drive away (can also walk via Fish Pond trail). Very nice amenities with toiletries, laundry detergent, use of beach towels, and a nice welcome basket upon arrival. WiFi worked just fine. Would stay again!

The house was amazing! Had everything we needed. The barbeque/kitchen set up on the back patio was great. The beach access is possibly my favorite part though. Staying here gives you access to a great family beach. 10 out of 10, I'd do it again!

Aloha nui is the best way to describe our stay!!! I am from the Big Island and it’s been a couple years since I’ve been home. So this stay was important. Our whole family was here, also something that hasn’t been possible for a couple years. We had the best time here. Wonderful house with tons of room and space for the whole family. Great places to enjoy an adult beverage, or a few :) Pool access was great, Foodland Farms and food places in walking distance. Comfortable beds and bedding, fully stocked kitchen, wonderful outdoor grill, lots of beach equipment, clean and well organized. Next time we’re gonna stay for a couple weeks, one wasn’t enough. Mahalo nui for having us.

We loved our month stay in this unit. It was spacious and had almost everything we needed. The location is perfect and the nearby beach is our favorite for snorkeling. Close to grocery store and shopping. The beds and pillows were so comfy that we came home and are going to try to find the same ones for our bedroom. We loved spending our spare time on the lanai talking with family. The pool and workout room is just a short walk away. The fish ponds near the beach were very cool too see. Loved watching the different fish in them. Such a great stay for us. We'll definitely stay here again.

My wife, daughter and son in law found the perfect family location to access the entire Koala Coast. The home was very well equipped with beach chairs and amenities. The bedding was excellent. The checkin and follow up were excellent.

This place was clean. Easy check in. Good management company. BUT NO blinds on main level. There is clear eye line to multiple neighbours windows!!!

The layout of the home allowed our family to enjoy time together, or time alone. It is located next door to the small mall so that you can grab a coffee, or groceries. It is further north than the Waikoloa area, but only by 10 minutes so it was not an issue for us.

I loved the spaces in the home inside and out , having everything needed for making meals, easy walk to the pool and gym, and a quick drive to the beach club with wonderful snorkeling. Didn’t want to leave and can’t wait to return!

This is going to be a long review because I can't say enough great things about this home and how we felt so blessed to stay there for our week-long trip. I wish we could have stayed there longer! I would recommend that any family looking to stay in a lovely home in a perfect location book this home! The House - You can tell that the owner of this house values hospitality and provides guests with quality for comfort and enjoyment. The house is super spacious and we loved the decor. The beds in all three bedrooms have memory foam or pillow top mattresses so every night we all slept well, even my son who has problems sleeping in new environments. The bed linens and towels are high quality and new, clean, and plentiful. We loved that each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom! The kitchen is immaculate with top notch appliances and everything you could want for preparing meals. There was plenty of cutlery, glassware, and dinnerware that we literally only ran the dishwasher once a day (meaning you only have to empty the dishwasher once a day, LOL!). My husband loved the outdoor kitchen, especially the grill. The air conditioner is dual zone so even the upstairs stayed nice and cool. There are multiple lanais and my daughter spent time on each of them every day! I especially thought the small lanai off the kitchen was a nice place to sit and read. One thing we all remarked on is how sound-proof the home is. You couldn't hear the noise from one area of the house to another, or one room to another. My husband likes to stay up late watching TV and eating snacks, and even with the volume up we didn't hear a thing from the bedrooms. The wifi was fast even when we were all streaming our shows at the same time. We also loved having an attached garage, and the landscaping on the grounds are gorgeous. The Villages Community - The unit is less than 1 minute walk to the community pool/gym. And it's about a 3 minute walk to the Shops at Mauna Lani. I walked to the shops almost daily and it was so convenient to be able to just put on my sandals and walk out the door versus having to drive. At Food Land Farms they have a great deli and poke counter as well as a cute selection of locally made food and gift items. The Mauna Lani Beach Club - We planned on spending only the first day at this beach but after the first day we decided there was no reason to go to any other beaches. This is perfect for swimming and snorkeling. We loved having access to the Beach Club so making the quick drive with parking access was awesome. The condo has a cooler, 4 beach chairs, beach umbrella, 2 boogie boards, and other beach day supplies which were in new condition. Vacasa - I can't say enough about how responsive and helpful the Vacasa staff was to us during our visit. They made us feel like VIPs. We contacted them several times with various questions about the condo and each time they responded right away and were so kind and gracious. We could tell they care about doing all they can to help guests enjoy their vacation. If you stay at this home, not only will you be in one of the most beautiful and well-maintained properties in one of the best locations on the Big Island, but you will also be treated like VIPs.
