The Mauna Lani complex is beautiful and the beach club is wonderful for adults or kids. This 3bedroom would be great for multi-generational families. The downstairs primary suite is huge and the upstairs bedrooms are good sized. One could easily hold a portable crib without cramping the room. While you need to drive to the beach( 5min drive & parking pass included) the pool and gym are right next door. House was well stocked with beach gear. We didn’t use but there is an outdoor grill as well. Highly recommend having dinner at the Canoe House. Expensive but worth it. Foodland grocery store is conveniently located within complex.

The home is exactly as described and pictured. Mauna Lani Beach Club access was a great amenity and a great snorkeling spot with calm water. Beds are super comfortable and tons of included extras like cooler, chairs, snorkeling gear, fun noodles, high chair, stroller, bikes, etc etc. I highly recommend this property.

Everything about this property exceeded expectation. There were 3 of us staying at the home and we all had to work in the mornings. Plenty of space to work and the wi fi worked daily. Everything we needed was provided. The hair dryer in the master did not work and a replacement was delivered so quickly. Fabulous patio space was very comfortable.

This was a beautiful, clean and very spacious townhome. We had a wonderful stay! The pool area was very nice and very close to this unit. It was a short drive to the Mauna Lani beach club area which had chairs for use and a nice restaurant. There were plenty of beach supplies in the townhome including snorkeling equipment , boogie boards, ice chest and beach towels. There was also a grocery store and restaurants about a mile away which was convenient.

This was a beautiful, clean and very spacious townhome. We had a wonderful stay! The pool area was very nice and very close to this unit. It was a short drive to the Mauna Lani beach club area which had chairs for use and a nice restaurant. There were plenty of beach supplies in the townhome including snorkeling equipment , boogie boards, ice chest and beach towels. There was also a grocery store and restaurants about a mile away which was convenient.

The ad is not clear that there is still Mauna Lani Beach Club access by car. There is and it’s the best thing-drive up to the beach park 100 feet away and walk in to shaded chairs and cabanas. We had a disabled person with us both times we have stayed here and it was perfect for beach access. Beds are comfy kitchen well stocked for cooking all meals dishwasher and washer dryer great. New fridge replaced within the last few months. Lanai wonderful for am coffee and relaxing, very close to pool and jacuzzi. Reluctant to post review as I want to return and have it available but thoughtful owners deserve to have it rented!

Well stocked from kitchen wares to play stuff. Feels like living in luxurious resort and yet with all amenities of homes. Plenty of sitting areas to hang out both indoors and in the patio. The beach club pass is a great convenience and especially thanks for the fins and noodles, our family had a great time snorkeling at Mauna Lani Beach! The location is nice and convenient with great beaches and plazas close by. Love your treats and certainly a nice touch of Hawaii!

Perfect location. Great house and all you need is here. Swimming pool is close by and all the toys for the beach are available. Home away from home. Just needs more wine glasses and the NEST thermostat should maybe be put upstairs - gets a little warm up there at night. But this will is small things compared to staying here.

This house was perfect for our family of 6. It was light and roomy, well organized, plenty of towels, beach toys, and snorkel gear for all. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook whatever we wanted. It’s location was perfect, very close to the pool, and the beach club was never too crowded, providing hours of relaxation and fun. It felt clean, safe, and private. All instructions for access and care were easy to follow and Vacasa was quick to respond to any issues. The only things it seemed to be missing were tissues (I like the convenience of having a box of tissues close) and a door mat at the front. Even though we took off our shoes at the entrance, there was still the reflex to wipe our feet. Also, one of the bikes had a hole in the tube, so we couldn’t ride them. Other than those minor issues, our stay was very comfortable. We did not want to leave and can’t wait to go back!

The pictures do not do justice to this expansive, well decorated and well located rental. The place was beautiful and in walking distance to the large pool complex and work out center. Close distance less than 10 minutes to the the beaches, local groceries, bakery, coffee, golf, private beach club, walking trails, Fairmont Orchid Hotel, and petroglyphs! The rental was furnished with all kinds of beach gear from boogie boards, snorkeling equipment, beach chairs, cooler, umbrella, and floaties of all sizes and shapes. Beautiful Viking grill outside on patio, large kitchen, oversized master bathroom in master suite, full laundry room. The artwork in the home made it feel so much like a home than just another rental. We will book again when we come back!

Townhome is very close to great community pools and gym. (Pools are shared with neighboring KaMilo complex.) Access to Mauna Lani Beach Club with card key was great. This property is clean and in a great location. It is in the Mauna Lani Resort which is near the Fairmont Orchid and it located next to both pools and the fitness center. It is close to a small grocery store and shopping/restaurants and also has access to a private beach club.
The place itself has comfortable beds and is kept clean. Everything was in working order except for the dishwasher. We ran it a few times and the dishes did not seem clean. We ended up washing them by hand. I would definitely come back. We were comfortable, loved being close to the pool and near all of the resort amenities. I love the floor plan, the big living area and the outdoor space as well.

Great property three big clean rooms. Check in/ check out was easy and straightforward. Very nice living room and patio area out back. Made great use of the two hot tubs available within a three minute walk. There were all the appliances you could want, blender for drinks, and nice big to go mugs for when you want to grab your cocktails to the beach. Overall great property.
Cons: The master bedroom has the worst blinds I have encountered in a bit, they were all just stuck when we got there leaving about a 3ft gap out onto the patio area. Figured out how to move them but it took some effort. Also they just generally let too much light it.
For your consideration, replacing the blinds in the master bedroom would cost a miniscule amount and would probably prevent very awkward situations between family members. Adding a 2$ rca to aux cable for the living room audio system so people can play music would also be a great feature, (wanted to listen to some jazz a couple of times during dinner).

We stayed in a similar location previously. This property was kept up a lot better than the fairways. There was no restricted time for the kids at the pool. Would recommend this place again. My only complaint is the battery in the garage door did not work and could not find the access code to get in the gate when we first arrived but those are minor things. The condo the amenities are all excellent.

My family stayed here for nearly four weeks and had a fabulous time. We traveled with grandma and two children, who were doing distance learning. The location is fantastic. The pool area was great with lots of space to spread out and play, and a small wading pool for little kids. The separate lap pool meant the big pool was just for playing and the workout room was really nice. We never felt crowded at the Mauna Lani beach or pool, and appreciated the mask policy for the workout area.
The house had all the appliances, shopping bags, coolers, beach gear, towels, etc. that we needed. We also saw a highchair, stroller, and pack & play that would be useful for those with little kids. The internet was good enough for several of us to be working/or in class at a time. The lanai was nicely shaded and we loved the grill and eating dinners outside.
As noted in the listing, the upstairs bedrooms each have a queen bed, and we were unable to get a second small bed or cot through the property management company, so just something to be aware of if you have two kids sharing a room as we did.
Overall, great place to stay and we would love to come back.

We had the best time at this beautiful home. The pool is steps away from the unit and was just beautiful and relaxing. We loved that we had access to Mauna Lani Beach through this rental. The beach there is a must! The house itself was huge. We had a lot of space and the house was very clean. It was those little things in the house that made it very comfortable and convenient- such as the coolers, the washer/dryer, the dish washing machine and the grill right outside our back lanai. Will definitely stay here again. Mahalo

We had the most relaxing time at this beautiful home. We were steps away from both pools and the workout room. These amenities open at 6 am and close at 9 pm so you have the entire day and night to lounge at the pool if you choose.
Bring along your snorkeling gear if you decide to stay at this location because access to Mauna Lani Beach (less than 10 minutes away) is included and a must do as this beach is simply beautiful, calm and with tons of beautiful fish. At Mauna Lani Beach is a restaurant overlooking Launa Lani Bag called “Na Pua” and their fish tacos are ono (delicious). You are also close to other amazing beaches off premises such a Hapuna, Spencer’s and Anaehoomalu.
Foodland Farms is less than 5 minutes away so you can do whatever grocery shopping you need to do with ease. There is also some eating establishments, coffee and ice cream shops in that vicinity.
The home was beautiful, clean and spacious. There are 3 bedrooms with the master bedroom on the bottom floor and 2 rooms on the second floor. The kitchen is well equipped and there is a beautiful lanai with a gas grill.
Overall, just what we needed. The only suggestion would be to have an earlier check-in time, even if by an hour.

Location: amazing. 10 min walk to mauna lani shopping center or 2 min drive. Pool gate, extra parking and trash dump all right next to the property.
Property: unit itself was clean, well stocked, roomy, family friendly, great lanai. Only 2 suggestions - add rice cooker (Hawaii after all) and more lighting needed in living room.
Amenities: gym was nice. Husband used it every day and is 2 min walk from the unit. Pool complex was big for usual condo properties. Adult pool avail and large family swimming area with baby wading pool. Water was still super cold but maybe gets warmer in the summer months. Communal pavilion with grills and sink avail for larger family gatherings.
Thoughts: We’ve been going to Hawaii every year once or twice a year even. I have a family of 6 including little children and babies! They even had a high chair and stroller in the garage. This is by far one of the best places I’ve stayed at!

Aloha! My family and I loved your property. Really our home away from home. My cousins wedding was this Saturday so we needed a place to stay near The Fairmont Orchid which was 5min away. The amenities provided was a plus, we loved the gym and the pool!

This condo is beautiful and very comfortable. It has everything needed for a vacation stay. We had three couples enjoying the lanai each morning. The pool, hot tub, and fitness area were only steps away. We enjoyed the beach club for a relaxing day and were near the perfect public beach for a glorious sunset. The unit was spotless.

We spent 9 days on the Big Island in Hawaii in a 3-bedroom condo rented through TurnKey. The entire experience was exceptional! The unit was in pristine condition and even nicer than the online photos. There were bikes in the garage to use, along with a wide variety of beach equipment, chairs, toys, and beach towels. The kitchen had everything we could have wanted and we fixed a number of excellent dinners. One of the best features was the outdoor lanai with a built in grill and a variety of outdoor furniture where we enjoyed the quiet evenings.
The development had two nice pools, two hot tubs, and a small, but well equipped fitness center. There was also a great little shopping and dining area, including a grocery store within a 10 minute walk, or 2 minute drive, and the Fairmont Resort was just down the street.
While any vacation in Hawaii is great, the unit made it special and I'd offer my strongest recommendation for this property.
