Guests can take a refreshing dip in the pool, play a game of tennis, Ping-Pong, or billiards, watch the kids splash around in the children's pool, or even rent out the central clubhouse for an evening get-together with old friends. When you're not down at the beach, you'll love the sweeping ocean views from the lanai. The high-speed WiFi will make it easy for remote workers and students to perform their online tasks, and the kitchen is a great place to assemble while the family chef prepares a delicious meal. After a day at the beach or on the golf course, you'll have air-conditioning units in each room to cool you off quickly!

This home is right along the golf course, and you can check in to play 18 holes on the Village Course just over a mile away. If you need to pick up a few groceries or want to enjoy a meal out, the Waikoloa Highlands Center has you covered. Down the hill, you can drive into Waikoloa to visit Lava Lava Beach Club and Anaehoomalu Beach. There you can sun yourself on the sun, go snorkeling, or grab a cocktail or lunch while you enjoy the evening colors. Just a half-mile north of Lava Lava, you'll have all sorts of shopping and dining available at the Kings' and Queens' Marketplaces. If you like historical hikes, the Petroglyphs are near Kings' Marketplace along a walking trail.

Great Place, Great View

The place has an old Hawaiian feel to it. Nice view of the ocean and sunsets from the patio and living room, bbq next to condo and parking right out front. Having two bedrooms and two bathrooms was great. Kitchen had almost everything you would need to cook meals. Laundry was wonderful to have in the unit. About a 15 minute drive to Hapuna Beach and 10 to Waikoloa Village area. Because you are up higher in elevation it's a bit cooler than down at the nearby beaches, but it was a welcome relief and the evening breeze was great. Super cute place, grocery and restaurants nearby and great location to drive to either beach or rainforest.

Clean condo, easy, check-in, good communication from Vacasa. The unit walks out to a patio with a nice view of the sunset. Very handy to have an assortment of beach amenities, including a beach umbrella and a cooler.
