Great place. Some items included that were not listed, rice cooker, toaster, blender, wine glasses/opener, beach chairs/umbrella, cooler/cooler packs, ice maker. Coffee maker includes filters and only 2 packs of coffee, so buy some at Costco or KTA before hand. Washer/dryer is small and includes several pods for washing, but due to size we did a load a day.
Beautiful views of Mouna Kea. Access to the fitness center and tennis courts, but no equipment included, so bring your own if you want to play. I heard sometimes pickleball being played. Easy walk to the Hilton for beach access.

This rental is very well appointed. The kitchen had quality cookware, and everything we needed to cook almost anything. There are A LOT of salt and pepper grinders. Do not buy either if staying here!
We enjoyed the games and jigsaw puzzles immensely.
The views are amazing and just as shown in the photos.

This place is a perfect, central location if wanting to see all the sights the Big Island has to offer. You can drive to see the Volcanoes, adventures in Kona, and Hapuna Beach (our favorite) and not feel like it’s too out of the way. The place itself was well-equipped with all the essentials and cozy! We would highly recommend this spot for any couple looking to both eat-in for a few meals and still enjoy restaurants and shops within walking distance.

In addition, this particular building’s location within the property, provides very an impressive view of Mauna Kea, Mauna Loa & Hualalai from its large wrap-around lanai.The kitchen, linen closets and pantry were well-stocked with utensils, useful provisions and beach equipment, as well as interesting books and games.The community grounds are attractive and well-taken care of, with access to amenities like the pool, hot-tub and gym.The location allows easy access to a large selection of shops, restaurants, scenic walking trails and the beach.Communication with the management company was very smooth through the entire process of reserving, checking in and our stay at the property, as they were very courteous and responsive.We have stayed at a few units at The Shores at Waikōloa; all have been quite good, but this one was notably our favorite.

This condo is nice. Nothing fancy but good for the price. The bed was comfortable enough. The pans and knives were great. No spices just S&P. The air turns off every 4 hours which was kind of a pain. I asked for more beach towels, there was only 2 and they were kids size. They were very prompt delivering. Vacasa was easy to deal with. Thanks for letting us stay!

This is a super location for exploring the big island's many resources and is close to the airport and Kona. The condo was very clean and comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The lanai was a perfect place to enjoy a cup of Kona coffee in the morning, with a nice breeze and colorful variety of visiting birds in the large tree adjacent. We would love to return!

My wife and I stayed here for a week in March to celebrate my birthday and to visit friends who live on the Big Island. The apartment was spacious with a large balcony for outside dining, and we had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. It was close to the Kings Shops and Queens Marketplace, plus there was a bar just 100 yards away for casual dining. A minor drawback was that there was not sufficient lighting in the living room or the bedroom to read by in the evenings.

We really enjoyed our two-week stay at this third floor unit. From the large deck, we had a great eastern view of Mauna Kea and Mauna Loa, as well as the golf course and lava field; this also made it sunny in the morning as well as cool and shady in the afternoon. The unit is very spacious and well equipped, including nice touches like a coffee grinder, ice maker, great air conditioning, beach chairs/umbrellas, and a very complete set of kitchen utensils and supplies. We’ve stayed at the Shores before and really enjoy the meticulous upkeep, spaciousness, and the amenities.

The Shores at Waikoloa (337) were wonderful. Great location, beautifully kept condo and super close to shopping, snorkeling and swimming. 337 had an awesome view and was a perfect place to rest and enjoy the Best of Big Island. Convenient shopping…walking distance to the local Sports Bar…easy drive to “A” Bay and Spencer Beach. Vacasa made sure everything was in order from start to finish. I’m really pleased with our vacation!!

The condo is in a very convenient location on the Kona coast. Close to a lot of nice beaches. The bedroom has east facing views and we were able to watch the sunrise as well as the Mauna Loa lava glow at night when it erupted during our stay. The kitchen could have more basic essentials though, like salt, pepper and may be some spices.

Just a few things we had issues with, but they were taken care of in a very timely manner. For one the elevator broke and I was traveling with two senior family members that have major walking problems and we had some inconveniences with the the set temperature from 8am-8pm and that during that time it shuts off every four hours. Every time we got back to the room, it was hotter inside than it was outside! Then it took a long time for the place to cool down again!

Unit #337 was comfortably equipped for our visit. We thoroughly enjoyed watching the sunrise over Mauna Kea with our morning coffee from the lanai. My onlly comment would be for future potential renters of # 337. The units location overlooking 2 very busy parking lots and 2 resort dumpsters is not very conducive to reading and relaxing on the lanai during the day.

This was a great place to spend a week in Kona. The space was clean, stocked with everything, and had plenty of space. It was walking to the Waikoloa shopping areas and a few beaches. The only complaint is the bed was a little softer than our preference, but overall a minor issue.

Easy walk to the beach and shops from a quiet setting. I used the exercise room most evenings for a good hour-plus workout.

We were very comfortable in this condo. We cooked in most dinners and the kitchen had what we needed. We used the tennis courts, beach chairs and pool. We enjoyed walking over to the coast and through the historic fish ponds. I wish there had been some cart to move our luggage and groceries from the parking lot up the elevator to the unit.

The home was immaculate and very comfortable. It had everything we needed for our stay, except food. But that wasn't a problem as stores and restaurants are close, many within walking distance. Mornings were beautiful from the lanai with the sun rising over the top of Mauna Kea. Being on the 3rd floor provided panoramic views to the east. The Shores at Waikoloa has many extras that help make this place special like a pool, exercise room, tennis courts, and areas to BBQ. It is in a great location for exploring the Big Island. The staff of Vacasa were very helpful, professional, courteous, and quick to respond to questions and provide what we needed to make our stay pleasant. We would highly recommend this home for visitors to the Big Island.

My son and I were in town for Kona Ironman and staying a bit out of town was the perfect choice. This condo was quiet and clean with amazing landscaping and a beautiful pool.

3階のお部屋なので、見晴らしもよく、ラナイで過ごす時間はとても気持ち良かったです。　洗面化粧台のコンセントが使えず、ドライヤーが鏡の前で使用できなかったのが少し不便でした。　また、お部屋お借りできたらと思いました。
