Transit

Getting around Kona is easiest with a rental car, which allows you the freedom to explore the beautiful Big Island at your own pace. We provide free parking on the premises for your convenience. While public transportation options like the Hele On bus service are available in the area, they may have limited schedules. Kona International Airport is approximately a twenty minute drive from the condo, making your arrival and departure straightforward.

Located on the third floor, this private end-unit offers no shared walls and no neighbors above, creating a peaceful retreat where you can truly unwind. (Please note: there is no elevator access.)

Stay comfortable year-round with split air conditioning throughout the condo, featuring independent temperature controls for both the living room and bedroom.

Inside, you'll find everything you need for a comfortable stay, including:

Access

Access to the unit is via stairs, as there is no elevator available. For your convenience, we provide an independent check in experience with an electronic lock. As our guest, you have full access to shared resort facilities, including the swimming pool, hot tub, and beautifully landscaped gardens. On site laundry facilities are also available in addition to the private in-unit washer and dryer to ensure a comfortable stay.

Great Kona Visit

We had a fantastic stay at this condo on Kona Island! The unit was spotless and beautifully maintained from the moment we walked in. Check-in was incredibly easy and seamless, which made the start of our trip stress-free. The facilities are first-rate ‚Äî everything was modern, well-equipped, and in excellent condition. We loved that there were great restaurants just a short walk away, so we could enjoy delicious meals without needing to drive everywhere. The condo itself was very quiet and peaceful, making it the perfect retreat. It‚Äôs ideal for families or groups of friends looking to enjoy a relaxing week or weekend getaway. We felt right at home and would definitely book again on our next trip to the Big Island! Highly recommend!

Great time in Kona - fun, sun, and snorkeling!

We loved our stay here (again!) - the rental is well-furnished, so clean, and open/airy to the cool ocean and/or mountain breezes. Though we really, Really, REALLY enjoy the place, it is within walking distance to Kona for shopping and great restaurants (though the Trolley is an option if you choose not to walk) plus one of our favorite beaches for snorkeling/surfing is nearby (look for "Kahalu'u Beach Park") - that we find we are leaving early in the morning for activities and returning in the evening to chill and recharge for the next day. Note, the location has an amazing local restaurant ("Da Pokey Shack") right across the street - just remember to get there early for lunch because the place is a destination! Lastly, most days have spectacular ocean-sunsets you can enjoy from the lanai (balcony) or right on the ocean if you cross the street. Lots to enjoy for sure. We already planning a return trip!

The unit was very clean and perfect size for two people. We spent 8 days in the apartment and it was very comfortable. The king size bed was marvelous! Had it not been for the heavy traffic, this place would have been close to everything! The trail to the Captain Cook Monument was about 20 minutes away. Parking was excellent. We didn‚Äôt use the kitchen much except to make coffee, cereal and sandwiches. Over all it was a nice place and close to beaches and a convenience/liquor store next door.
