It was a beautiful and clean room. The view from the balcony was amazing. However, the AC UNIT located on the balcony was putting out so much heat, we couldn’t sit out there. It was extremely hot/humid, so the AC was running constantly inside.
The door lock was very tricky and difficult to get into almost every entry.
The kitchen was wonderful and had everything we needed. Bathrooms were super clean and had wonderful products for hair and body.
The unit is on the 3rd floor which only has access via stairs. If you have any mobility issues this isn’t the unit for you.
Otherwise, HEAVENLY was very prompt at returning messages with our concerns or questions which we really appreciated, since we were there during a hurricane. This location was completely protected from the hurricane. Great location from storms!
The resort kitties were well cared for as well! We enjoyed the coffee shop
in the parking lot as well.
