Spend your evenings relaxing in the living area furnished with a couch and matching armchair that pulls out into a twin sleeper. Watch your favorite shows on the 32-inch flatscreen TV with cable. Large windows allow for ample natural lighting and lovely palm tree views. Cook delicious meals in the well-equipped kitchen, complete with a full suite of stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher. Enjoy intimate home-cooked dinners at the two-person dining table. This studio includes a comfortable Queen size bed for two and a cozy futon sofa for relaxing. The full bathroom includes a tub/shower combination and is stocked with a complimentary supply of toiletries and bath amenities. Communal laundry facilities are available. Unassigned outdoor parking is available for one vehicle. Rent gear from the surf and snorkel shop and spend your days exploring the renowned nearby reefs.

Walk right onto Banyan Surf Beach - home to some of Hawaii's best waves. Indulge in world-famous seafood at the resort’s beachfront restaurant, Da Poke Shack. Then soak up the sun on Kona’s beautiful white sand or ride the waves on your surfboard. The popular and picturesque Magic Sands Beach is just a two-minute drive from your cozy condo. Take a break from the beach and cruise the 4-minute drive to the historic Hulihee Palace where you can explore the many rooms of the Hawaiian monarchy as well as numerous Victorian artifacts. For a day trip, drive the 45 miles to Hawai’i Volcanoes National Park to learn about rich Hawaiian traditions at Mokupapapa Discovery Center. Drive eight minutes to Historic Kailua Village, the heart of the Kona coast, this lively seaside town, boasts shops, cafes, and restaurants.

Very nice with a few very minor exceptions.

1. The key code door lock is finicky and took us six or seven tries to get the door open. The number five button and the number nine button failed more often than the others. Causing you to have to re-enter the entire 10-digit code. It might work better if there were only a five or six-digit code. The emergency lock box is only a four-digit code. 2. The light switch for the main room is over the bed. Not very intuitive when you first walk into the room when it's dark. 3. We expected at least salt in the cupboard. Other properties we stayed in had spices, oil, and salt. 4. The glass doors on the tub don't roll very well.

Large clean studio #234 with all amenities

Super clean, Comfortable bed, light airy space. Small veranda wth sliding doors, perfect for morning coffee. Unit has AC if needed. We used only the ceiling fan and open windows, perfect. Well outfitted kitchen, including coffee press, grinder. Cross the street for beachfront BBQs, beach and grassy area for sunset viewing, tall palms etc. From unit, peek a boo view of ocean. There is a minimart nearby for quick stop groceries and the famous Poke Shack in the main building where pool and jacuzi located. Close to bigger beaches and town. Car parking included for one or local free city bus stop close. Will stay again.
