Space

Get ready for stunning sunsets at this beautifully remodeled, second-floor condo with ocean views. With the perfect location right off off of Ali‘i Drive, you can walk to Honl’s Beach (a local favorite for surfing) and all the shops, markets, restaurants, and activities of historic Kailua Village. Further afield, easy access to Kuakini Highway lets you avoid the traffic on Ali‘i Drive. On-site amenities include a complex pool and shared barbecue area.

Inside the condo you’ll find an open floor plan bathed in natural light and a well-equipped kitchen with a full suite of appliances. Watch the sunset over the Pacific Ocean from the dining table or step outside to the mini-lanai and take in the 180-degree ocean view. Although the condo has air conditioning, ceiling fans and the ocean breezes keep the space cool and comfortable most of the time.

Awaken to bird song and fall asleep to the sound of the ocean at this island paradise.

I love the furnishings. Especially the stand up tall lamp and the tall wooden table for two in our place. Very nice and quiet at night. Clean and homey. Good location. Close reserved parking spot.

The ocean view second floor condo was a nice place to stay for 4 nights. The kitchen had everything needed except the food, which we brought with us and we had a lovely stay. The bed in A-201 was too soft for my back but other than that everything was great!

Had a great stay! The condo had everything we needed, we cooked a couple meals in and used the towels/blankets for our beach day. The only issue was we had some confusion finding the rental. Apple Maps took us to the front building. This unit is in the back (separate driveway/parking lot).

Check in was super easy, with the door code provided to us prior to arrival. The location is very close to restaurants and shops, only about a 5 minute walk away. Will definitely stay here again.

Location was great and the place was lovely. Clean, great view. The only issue is that I don’t think this was a good place for kids. I think the downstairs neighbor thought our kids were too loud even when they were just being normal kids during daytime ours.

We really liked the location of this condo walkable to the beach and downtown restaurants. The compact studio apartment was just right for resting at night and preparing meals. The unit was a very good value.

This is the nicest condo we have stayed in using VRBO. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could need, the living room is comfortable, bathroom was great, and the whole unit obviously had been updated. Beautiful view of the ocean and a wonderful sunset every night over the Pacific Ocean. It was a quick and easy 10-minute walk into downtown Kona so we didn’t have to drive to restaurants and shops and church and fight for expensive parking spots. Unfortunately, there was no beach to speak of close by so several times we made 35 minute drive to a state Park Beach which was beautiful. Lots to do in this on the big island including volcano national Park, snorkeling, luau, and more. It was a wonderful stay.

Our condo was in a great location to downtown for restaurants and shops. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes etc. There were plenty of towels and bed was comfortable. The pool area is very small with only 4 lounge chairs but we usually got a chair . Propane tanks ran out one day but were refilled the next. There were two bbqs to use. It was great having a washer and drier in the room. We had an excellent stay.

Great location. Easy walking distance to beaches, shopping etc. Rental exactly as described, well appointed with everything we needed. Kitchen plumbing problems were address quickly by very friendly maintenance staff and property manager. Parking is convenient, view is good the beds are okay.

Kona Mansions A-201 was an excellent condo to stay at! Parking is easy to find and only steps away from the building. The condo is stocked with everything you need, plus a washer and drier too! Location is excellent, slightly perched on the small hill from Ali‚Äôi drive. Can‚Äôt wait to be back again!!

This unit was great! It was clean, bright, and comfortable. The view was lovely, and it was really handy having a washer/dryer in the unit. Close to all of the shops and restaurants. Would rent again!
