The neighborhood is very quiet and there were not disturbances whatsoever. The place was very clean and tidy, everything that is needed to thrive in a home-like environment was provided. I would definitely recommend this unit to anyone.

Beautiful place to stay

Kaori · Aug 2024

We really enjoyed our 6 nights here. It was walking distance to DT Kona. A parking was included within the price and located in front of the building. Inside of the unit was very clean and welcoming. The full size W/D was super helpful! We’ll definitely be back again. Management teams were well responsive and we appreciated it. Thank you so much for the excellent services for us.

Very clean, would stay there again. Bonus: washer/dryer in the condo

Manissa · Aug 2024

Loved the washer/ dryer in the condo. Close to airport. Very clean. Beach supplies were handy

Worth every penny!

Brendee · Aug 2024

This place was awesome. Definitely better having a little one bedroom place with two kids than a hotel room. Plus having a kitchen saved some money too! They also had a lot of stuff to take to the beach like chairs, an umbrella and even a couple drink coolers so we didn’t have to buy any of that. It was perfect!

Christmas vacation

jesse · Dec 2023

The location was amazing. I come here several times a year. Always had to drive to town before but this location was only a 5 min walk to downtown. Very nice! Great for a couple or with a young child. Mine was 11 and he slept in the sofa bed.

Lovely

Comfortable Stay

Yisroel · Apr 2023

We enjoyed our 5 night stay at the condo. It was tastefully decorated and comfortable. It’s about 10 minute walk from downtown Kona if you don’t want to take the car to the main strip.

Great condo for two

Rebecca · Apr 2023

Loved the location, comfort of furniture, and several little extras this condo has to offer.

Very well equipped, within walking distance of town and comfortable. Easy to navigate the site and had constant updates. We would stay again!

Not perfect but worth it.

Great place to visit with kids

SANKET · Aug 2022

Great place to stay

Alexis · Jul 2022

Easy check-in / check-out process. Although there was no one to show us the place, we received several text ensuring that everything was okay. The unit was really clean and ready for our stay. Location is great too.

Perfect for what we needed

Jaime · Jun 2022

The stay was nice and clean. We had everything we needed and restaurants and markets where near by. The rental had boogies bored and snorkel gear, beach chairs and umbrellas. Seriously anything u need. The neighbor below played music every morning while getting ready for work (5am) which wasn’t the greatest but we planned a lot of adventures in the morning anyways. Past that it was a great stay. Would book again. ❤️

Cute & affordable

Rachel · May 2022

This unit was so cute! You can tell the owners put their love into it. Joey with Vacasa was quick with his response time and very helpful. The location is prime! The clean was sparkling too!

Kona mansions

Heidi · Mar 2022

This home was a good size for what we needed. Perfect walking distance to a small beach and to downtown Kona. Good appliances and the washer and dryer were great to have in the unit.

A Hidden Gem in Kona

Jason · Oct 2021

We had a lovely 5-night stay at the Kona Mansions! The place is located on one of the main highways into and out of Kona. It’s also just a few minutes walk from Honl Beach - a small white sand beach with gorgeous sunsets. Inside, the unit was comfortable, clean, and had all the amenities we needed for cooking and laundry. We didn’t have beach gear, so it was nice to have the umbrella, beach chairs, and boogie boards available for use. The Vacasa staff also went above and beyond to attend to our needs and ensure we were satisfied with our stay. We would love to stay here again in the future. If you are considering booking this place, do it - you’ll be glad you did!
