The condo was very comfortable and perfect for the 4 of us. And being on the ground floor was an extra bonus! The complex was very peaceful and even though we were very close to the pool, everyone was respectful of the quiet time hours. We would definitely stay here again!

The condo was as described ‚Äì Great location with views of the beach. We didn‚Äôt arrive until 9:00 pm, but it was easy to find and check-in and check-out were both smooth. The condo was well equipped and the grounds are well maintained. One item to note is that the sliding door to the pool/beach does not lock from the outside so we had to go out the front door and walk around the building get to the beach. One other item to note is that the bedrooms do not have A/C.

It was nice to have the pool next to the back patio. The grassy area was beautiful with tall palm trees providing shade. Love that the ocean is so close. It's a nice place to hang out and enjoy warm water.

We were on the first floor and the condo was great. They greet you with a little welcome bag, house was spotless, great location- literally right near the beach. A quick 1 minute walk over grass and the beach is there. Everything was great! Will absolutely stay again. Convenient to shops too. Loved it.

This condo is perfectly situated close to amenities, the ocean and restaurants. The place is lovely and well kept. The only thing I would have changed is the lack of small things like salt and perhaps condiments and spices that I have enjoyed in other condos we have stayed at. That is such a minor thing on the scale of the wonderful enjoyment we got from this place.

We loved our stay at this condo! Located on the first floor, it was amazing to walk out to the pool and to the beach right from our patio. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils, pots/pans and dishes. The bathrooms had tons of towels and even had beach towels. Our kids loved the boogie boards and full face snorkels we found for use in the condo and it made our stay more special without having to rent anything. Will definitely stay again! Mahalo for an amazing stay!

We visited Maui for the first time. The Hale Kai O Kihei is a wonderful place. We stayed in the 1st Flore which was fantastic for uns and the kids. The pool was right in front of us. The apartment was very nice, clean and had lovely decoration elements. The kitchen was well equipped. The apartment is in an area where you can get all you need in walking distance: grocery‚Äôs, coffee, restaurants, bars‚Ä¶ Staying in Kihei is very good to have day trips around the island. We would try to stay again in this place.

The beach was steps away from the patio doors. I was told check-in could be moved up earlier, but when we got there the cleaning crew told us “no”. So we took in the scenery of the beach and the pool for a few hours. The fridge shelf was taped into place and the floor had a good amount of dirty for just being cleaned. Overall, the location was the best and the decor added to the Hawaiian theme.

Very clean place . Everything are all in there from cooking utensils , a rice cooker that I got excited and bathroom stuffs that you need especially bath/beach towels . The outside view is so gorgeous! We even saw a big big green turtle along the beach sand ! We have a private quiet lovely beach life ! There‚Äôs even a walking distance grocery store and restaurants and a rental snorkeling gear shop . There‚Äôs just one thing that is not good . there‚Äôs a man knocking on each and every door .asking for something‚Ä¶We told the care taker right away and he called security/police and handled it asap. Over all still giving a 5 star review We will definitely return and recommend this place !

This was a great property, located very close to the pool and a beautiful uncrowded beach. The only thing that was difficult to manage was you could not just walk out to the pool or beach, despite being steps away from the pool. The slider door does not lock from the outside so you have to go out the front and walk all the way around the property in order to lock up. That was the only inconvenience, otherwise this was a great place to stay!

What a condo! This place was a little piece of heaven on Earth. The condo was cute, clean and cosy. It felt like I was home. Three of my friends and I had the best time relaxing on the patio, swimming in the ocean (which is literally a stones throw away) and watching the beautiful sunrises and sunsets. It was the best location, close to amazing cafes/restaurants and supermarket. I highly recommend staying here!! We had an amazing trip at Hale Kai o Kihei. The unit was perfect for our family and literally steps to the beach. There is a large greenbelt between the lanai and the ocean which made it very safe for our 2 year old to play.
