The neighborhood:
Keauhou sits just south of Kailua Kona, where the coast feels calmer and beach days come without giving up town access. Kahalu'u Beach Park is a nearby choice for snorkeling, while the rocky shoreline near the community is made for watching the evening waves. Drive north for Kona restaurants, the harbor, and shops, then come back to a community with a pool, tennis courts, grills, and a path toward the beach. It is a practical base for families who want the Kona Coast close by and a slower place to land at night.

Transit

Getting around:
Kona International Airport is about 25 to 30 minutes away. A rental car is recommended for exploring the Kona Coast. Keauhou Bay, Kahalu'u Beach Park, snorkeling, and dining are a short drive away, while downtown Kailua-Kona is farther north along the coast. Parking is generally available on site.

Keauhou-Kona Surf & Racquet Club community amenities include 17 acres of landscaped grounds with an ancient Hawaiian archaeological site, three lit tennis courts, a swimming pool with lap swimming, and grill areas. Free WiFi and a private washer/dryer are also provided. The fantastic locale of this condo offers seamless walking access to the coastline for a beautiful view and sunbathing. The accessible beach area is located on the north end of the complex. You may also visit Kahaluʻu Beach about half a mile north for swimming. You can also walk to the Keauhou Shopping Center for dining and attractions, including a weekly farmer’s market.

Perfect end unit location. Huge wrap around lanai with excellent view. Home was clean and comfortable. Had everything needed for a fantastic restful vacation. Already looking forward to our next stay.

We had a wonderful week at the Kona Keauhou Surf & Racquet Club. The property was very clean, access was easy, and the oceanfront views were absolutely beautiful. There is even access to a small beach which was fabulous. Located on Ali‚Äòi Drive, it‚Äôs close enough to everything, or a short Uber away, yet still peaceful and quiet. It was a very relaxing stay and a great overall experience, we would definitely come back.
