This was a beautiful and spacious property! The view was incredible and the living area and kitchen were fantastic for a big group. Check in was easy, and the number of appliances available was very convenient.
The only issues we ran into was that some of the beach gear was either broken or missing pieces, and then the bathroom on the first floor began to smell of sewage from the first day on. They sent someone to fix it very promptly, but the issue persisted and was never rectified. Hopefully that’s no longer an issue for the party after us!
The bathroom upstairs was gorgeous and worked perfectly. I loved how much room there was and I definitely feel like I got my money’s worth. Highly recommend outside of a few bumps!

Amazing home. This was just the peaceful, private oasis we were hoping for with a gorgeous hilltop location. Groceries and a few restaurants are nearby and there are outstanding beaches and more restaurants at the base of hill the village is on. This is certainly a home we'd love to stay at again.

The house gets 5 stars but there was an issue

The house gets 5 stars but there was an issue with Vacasa with the trash pick up. The instructions say that trash is picked up on Monday’s but this house ended up NOT having trash service. After multiple attempts at communication, someone finally did come get the trash once. We had a 3 week stay. There was quite a lot of trash outside when we checked out. Hopefully Vacasa fixes this for future guests. The house itself is beautiful, very comfortable, in the perfect location and it was clean. We would stay in this house again.

This place was so beautiful. I live out on the Hilo side of the Big Island and coming and staying in Waikoloa was beautiful. this place was fantastic. Lots of room, very clean. I would rent this place again.
