Great unit and the complex was quiet with plenty of
Great unit and the complex was quiet with plenty of parking. (Late September is usually a slower time in Kona, so things may be different during peak season) Beds were very comfy and the lanai was great to sit on and watch the surfers. Kitchen appliances were all newer and worked great. Fans throughout the unit helped keep the cool air moving around from the A/C. It was very hot, humid and still during our stay due to the passing hurricane and the A/C was just adequate. It kept the main area and bedroom cool, but the smaller bedroom never really cooled down much... During more typical weather patterns I'm sure it keeps up ok though. Having the small convenience store across the street, plus Poke and tacos within an easy walk was great. The pool and Jacuzzi were also a nice addition since the shoreline right out front of the complex isn't the best for getting in and swimming. Overall a wonderful stay, and would come back again.

Stunning views and beautiful decor
This condo has absolutely stunning views with comfortable furniture and beautiful decor. I appreciated the nice washer and dryer which cleaned my clothes quickly. The kitchen is updated and has a beautiful style. The beds were very comfortable. The check-in process was a breeze. Front desk staff and local staff are attentive, thoughtful and very helpful. I love the staff here at Kona Bali Kai, they always provide a great experience for their guests. Water bottles were provided in the fridge which I appreciated very much. The ocean waves just feet away from the lanai created a peaceful ambience throughout my stay. This condo also have beautiful sliding glass doors with a screen, which I thought was a nice touch. The king bed also has a beautiful sliding wood door for privacy, two access points for the lanai. Very thoughtfully and beautifully designed. 10/10 experience.
