D Building Elevator Repair Project

Please be advised that the elevator in D Building will be
undergoing repairs from August 31 to September 13,
2026.

We understand this project may cause some inconvenience,
but it is necessary to maintain the safety and quality of our
facilities. While we do not anticipate changes to this
schedule, please note it is subject to change, and we will
notify you promptly of any updates.

During this project:
The Laundry Room in D Building will be closed for
several days. Guests may use the G or C Building
Laundry Rooms during this downtime.
For luggage assistance, please make advance arrangements
with our Housekeeping Department at 1-808-822-9831,
extension 520.

• All guests shall abide by Heavenly's good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity.
• Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

K Building and Lobby Termite Treatment

Please be advised that during the termite tenting of K Building and the Lobby, our Front Desk and Housekeeping will be temporarily located in Unit J105, accessible through the lanai side. Hours of operation will remain 24 hours. This project is scheduled for August 24–26, 2026.

We understand this may cause some inconvenience, but this treatment is necessary to maintain the safety and quality of our facilities. Although we do not anticipate changes, the schedule is subject to change, and we will notify you promptly of any updates.

During this project:
-Housekeeping Services will be paused and will resume once we return to the regular office. Room supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, shampoo, and other essentials may be picked up at Unit J105.
-Front Desk Service such as check-in, check-out, laundry soap, quarters, coffee and other services you may need will be in J105.
-Boarding Pass Printing will be available in Unit J105. Please email your information to info@ponokairesort.com for printing.

The Concierge Desk will be temporarily located at the Pool area for guest services.
