Nice view close to the action

Jared · Feb 2026

This place is really all you need for a nice vacation to Kona. Within walking distance to shopping and good eats/coffee. The view isn’t perfect, but you can see the water when you look out the window or are on the balcony. Plenty of beach/pool toys and gear to use during the stay. Gas stove is a plus! Parking spot is included, just have to ask for the parking spot number. Pool on sight is fine, right next to grills and restrooms. The area is quiet and peaceful. This place really has everything you could ask for!

They had a packet with restaurants with QR codes so you could scan and look at menus. Absolutely fabulous touch

We had a short stay in Kona but it was perfect for what we needed. Great communication from beginning to end and had everything we needed. Close to everything. Would stay here again.
