Hali‘i Kai sits within Waikoloa Beach Resort on the sunny Kohala Coast, where black lava fields meet fairways and wide-open Pacific views. Anaeho‘omalu Bay is nearby for a beach day or paddle, while the Kings’ Shops and Queens’ Marketplace offer dining, groceries, and an easy evening out. Resort golf is close at hand, and the oceanfront club area gives you a place to linger between plans. It is a polished, easygoing Big Island base for beach days and sunset dinners.

Getting around:
A rental car is recommended for exploring the Kohala Coast, beaches, shopping, and dining. Within Waikoloa Beach Resort, several amenities and outings are close by, while a car makes it easy to explore the surrounding coast.

This convenient, family-friendly ground-floor end unit features a sleek kitchen, air conditioning, new hardwood floors, and a private garden lanai with outdoor dining. Guests also enjoy access to exceptional resort amenities, including a heated oceanfront saltwater pool, a keiki (kids) pool, hot tub, ocean-view fitness center, tennis courts, and on-site dining.

The stylish living area is designed for relaxation, featuring a comfortable sofa, two armchairs, and a new 50-inch TV for movie nights or catching up on your favorite shows.

The well-appointed kitchen is equipped with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, African mahogany cabinetry, and everything needed to prepare meals with ease. A breakfast bar seats three, while the dining table accommodates six. Just beyond, the covered lanai provides another dining table for six, creating the perfect setting for alfresco meals surrounded by lush tropical landscaping.

The condo comfortably accommodates up to six guests in three thoughtfully furnished bedrooms. The primary suite features a new king bed, TV, and an en-suite bathroom with dual vanities, a soaking tub, and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom offers a queen bed, while the third includes two new twin beds. A second full bathroom features a convenient tub/shower combination.

Guests enjoy year-round access to Halii Kai's exclusive amenities, including a private Ocean Club with open-air dining and bar, an oceanfront heated lagoon-style saltwater pool, keiki pool, hot tub, open-air fitness center, tennis courts, picnic area, guest services desk, complimentary Wi-Fi, and an in-unit washer and dryer.

Waikoloa Beach Resort is home to two championship golf courses, two shopping centers, luxury hotels, and a wide variety of restaurants and entertainment. Guests are also just minutes from the luxury cinema and gourmet market at Queen's Marketplace.

Perfect location to explore the Big Island. Please note: The pool attendants do not allow to you bring any drink containers (Stanley, Tevin, etc,) to the pool to stay hydrated. They will make you dump it out or put it in your bag. Way to strict!!!

This condo unit was amazing. Clean, well lit, high quality amenities, perfect location. The facility staff and the restaurant staff, and the restaurant and pool, were simply amazing. Everyone was so friendly and the food was some of the best food we ate out all trip. The condo kitchen had all utensils to make a batch of morning pancakes every day, so that was awesome. The condo came stocked with a ton of beach gear - more than advertised. We appreciated the goodie basket left to welcome us to the property. We left a gift of our own - the quintessential flavor of Maryland, purchased there and flown all the way to the Big Island in our luggage. This was our first experience with Vacasa and the Big Island. Overall experience was superb.

The unit was exceptionally clean, quiet, well equipped and great location. The resort is beautiful and quiet, and has the nicest pools and ocean front views compared to any other ones ive been to in Waikoloa. The open air gym is small but has all you need and ... the views!!! I saw dolphins while working out. Note: do NOT lose your key card... Second note: there is a resort fee that you pay that other condos may not request. But if you use the facilities its worth it! We would choose this one over any of the other condos in Waikoloa next time!

Clean and very comfortable property. Easy to check in and short walk to beach club. Good hot water. Beach chairs and umbrellas came in handy and were a nice addition for those going on beach adventures.
