Other things to note:
• This unit is a part of an adjoining room. If another guest has booked the other unit, you will share a front door and hallway.
• This property is managed by Heavenly Vacations.
• All guests shall abide by Heavenly's good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity.
• The fitness and business center is temporarily closed due to damage sustained from Lowell.

**Please note: Restaurant Construction and Building Maintenance happening. There will be construction noise, particularly in the lobby area. However, any work will be restricted to weekdays between 8:00 AM and 4:30 PM, with no construction activity on weekends or holidays. The lobby bathrooms will unfortunately be out of service during construction.

Neighborhood

The neighborhood:
Keawakapu Beach gives Mana Kai guests a long shoreline along the South Kihei and Wailea edge. Take a beach walk before breakfast, swim when the water is welcoming, and stay for the colors at sunset. South Kihei is nearby for a casual lunch, coffee, and beach supplies, while Wailea offers another set of beaches and restaurants. The appeal here is simple: your family can keep a beach day flexible because the resort is already beside the sand.

Transit

Getting around:
Kahului Airport is about 20 to 30 minutes away, an easy drive down Maui's sunny south shore. A rental car is recommended to make the most of Kihei's many beaches, shops, and restaurants spread along the coast. Some stretches near South Kihei Road are walkable to dining and shopping, while beaches are often just minutes away. Parking is typically available on site, in lots, or along nearby streets.

Access

Guests at Mana Kai Maui Resort enjoy access to the oceanfront communal pool, hot tub, and fitness center, right on one of South Kihei's finest beaches. An elevator and disabled parking spot make getting around easy, and the beachfront setting puts the sand just outside. Some resort facilities are operated independently by the resort.

This place is all about the view! So nice to just walk downstairs with lounge chairs on the lawn available, yet right on the beach. Quite beautiful long beach to walks stretching all the way to the Wailea beach walking path.
The views are spectacular from every corner of the unit. The balcony is on an angle that the sun never shines directly on it. So it is perfect to sit out anytime of day & you never need to close the curtains because of sun. The king bed was very comfortable. Only complaint is that there is one a/c in the kitchen, so the kitchen area would be very cold & the bedroom area, not cold enough. But there are ceiling fans and a box fan to set up. It was not a deal breaker. There were beach chairs in the unit, plus some beach toys if needed. Laundry is a pay laundry in the hall, close to the room. Most nights we walked down stairs to the convenient 808 general store to grab an ice cream to watch the sunset. We loved our stay & would come back….did I mention the views!

Maui is our happy place and this condo at the Mana Kai was perfect. Just sitting on the balcony taking nin the breathtaking views of the ocean were enough. We'll definitely be back

This has to be one of the premiere spots on the beach in south Maui. Great views from a well-equipped condo. The management staff was friendly and helpful. We'll definitely be back.
