Great spot for views and breezes off the ocean. It's well appointed with what's required and further stocked with beach and picnic necessities. Sasha from the local Vacasa was very accommodating and helpful .

First of all, we loved that we were on the ground floor. It was very clean and the beds very very comfortable. The kitchen had all the utensils we needed to cook. My favorite part was sitting out on the lanai in the morning. Great table and chairs plus the view was beautiful. It was very well stocked for going to the beach, it had chairs, umbrellas, cooler, boogie boards and more. The only downside was there was a very loud lady whobdidn't respect the quiet hours, but she was just visiting. Other then that, we hope we can stay there again.

Really nice property. The unit is very well maintained, looks over the golf course and the ocean. Very peaceful, great place to get away from the crowds and relax. Golf course pro shop, driving range and restaurant is right across the street. I’ll stay there every visit if it’s available.

Wonderful Waikoloa Village condo! Immaculate unit, beautiful views of golf course & ocean. Ideal location to explore entire Big Island. Really appreciated full equipped kitchen, large lanai, washer/dryer and excellent beach gear (folding chairs, umbrella & snorkeling gear). Just minutes from premium Hawaii beaches! Great value!

Wonderful experience. Was a little warm in the afternoons with no air-conditioning in the living room. Cold air in the bedroom.

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and stocked with plenty of extra towels and linens. The murphy bed was very comfortable - much better than any pull out couch. The beach equipment was great, included was 2 umbrella’s, multiple chairs, boogie boards, pool noodle, ice chest and a wagon if needed. The sunsets from the balcony were gorgeous. There is a grocery store nearby that has everything you would need for meals/snacks. Will definitely stay here again when I visit the big island!

This property was perfect. Newly renovated with top notch features and was reasonably priced. Very quiet even with the air conditioning on. The harbor view was great with gorgeous sunsets. No fuss checkin and checkout. I highly recommend this vacation rental.

The view and the peaceful surroundings

We had a great stay in this unit. The view from the patio was lovely and the living room and kitchen area were well equipped. Bedroom and bathroom were a bit small but comfortable and the shower in the bathroom was very nice. The AC unit in the bedroom was needed to keep the bedroom cool at night but could have used an AC unit in the main room when it got hot and it was not possible to get a cross breeze in the living room area.

We really enjoyed our 9 nights here. We’ve stayed in Kona in the past but decided to try Waikoloa and will do this from now on. Convenient location to beaches, shopping/dining. Quiet area with nice views from the lanai. Nicely updated and one of the better stocked rentals we’ve stayed in; kitchen, linens, beach gear, etc. We look forward to staying here again.

The management stayed in touch with us and was responsive when we had questions. The location is accessible and close to the nearby stores.

Clean clean clean. Kitchen stocked for a chef. Everyroom feels new and contemporary. Sitting on the lanai at sunset a must.

So well stocked. Wow. This was our first time to the Big Island but we’ve frequented enough of the other islands to know a well stocked rental when we see one. Allllll the beach gear! Snorkels, boards, umbrellas, chairs, beach cart, coolers, toys, beach blanket…etc. not to mention pickleball equipment as well as tennis. All the soaps in the bathroom, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, body wash, toilet paper, plenty of clean towels and linens including beach towels. Kitchen has everything including Tupperware containers which are life saving to take snacks to the beach! All the dish soap, garbage sacks, dishwasher pods and clean sponges and a dish rack drainer, all the spices, a modern, roomy, functioning fridge. Laundry pods - plenty of them. You don’t have to bring a thing except your bathing suit! Plenty of extra linens should you need them. Tons of places to put your things! Shelves, bins, drawers, all the hangers you could ever want in the closet. I loved having access to the Swiffer so I could clean up once in awhile. The remodel was well done. Clean, nice furniture and supplies. The lanai has plenty of seating. The sunsets are stunning every single night. The grounds are well kept and the neighborhood is so quiet. The parking spot was convenient, using a door code was fabulous. No key to worry about! The only reason I did not give five stars is because the only AC is a tiny but pretty mighty unit in the bedroom. It cools the bedroom if you keep the bedroom door closed. August is HOT on the Big Island and this place gets all the afternoon sun so even with the curtains drawn it heats up quickly and the main area is unbearable until the evening winds can cool it down. There are two stand fans in the main living area but they can’t compete with the afternoon sun. I would highly recommend installing a wall unit in the main living area to help alleviate the hottest months of the year. This unit is about six miles up the hill from Waikoloa Resort so you’ll do a lot of driving but we loved the peaceful location.

Condo was very clean and had modern appliances. Beautiful view. Close to a great grocery store. Only negative was the delayed check in due to the code not working. Would definitely stay here again.

Everything was great! Wonderful golf course, ocean and volcano views. A quick drive to mauna Lani where our friends were staying for my 50th birthday dinner. Close to beaches and golf. Didn’t have time to take advantage of other amenities: pool, tennis, but walking the neighborhood was serene and peaceful. (We did have a little trouble closing the bedroom door, maybe the latch could be adjusted.)

Million dollar views and right off the #5 green. Everything you need to be comfortable. We will definitely book again if it coincides with our travel

Its on a golf course overlooking the ocean. Very clean and superbly well stocked and has full kitchen utensils. The Murphy bed was very comfortable.

The Condo was well stocked, clean and in a perfect location for us as my wife swims every morning and its a short walk to to newly refurbished pool. We lived on the Island for a few years and have friends that live blocks away

Overall, we were very happy. the only negative we had was the bed was too soft but that is a common complaint from us, most people probably will not mind the soft mattress. Also, the air conditioner in the bedroom was very noisy.

Looked online and found this property on the golf course where we wanted to be. Nicely upgraded unit it was all we needed for a month in paradise

My husband and I enjoyed our stay in this condo. It was clean, nicely stocked with everything you need on a Hawaii vacation, and had a beautiful view of the golf course and ocean in the distance. It was perfect and we look forward to returning.

The view from the balcony was really nice! Condo was clean and VERY well stocked. Owners thought of everything a traveler would want. Definitely would stay here again!

Everything about this place is perfect - views of the golf course , ocean views, sunsets & modern updates. The only small hiccup is that it’s about 20 from the main road to get to beaches & 40 minutes give or take to Kailua Kona. We didn’t mind the drive much because the 2 largest beaches are closest from Waikaloa area (Hapuna & Maunakea). Plus side - maintenance was available on weekends & very helpful. Didn’t have major issues just needed help lowering day bed & a breaker popped. Worth every penny!!!

Perfect peaceful location with lots to do close by!

Overall,,, our traveling needs were met just fine. We did have a problem with the smoke detector going off a couple of times in the middle of the afternoon (which we promptly managed to silence) and a towel bar rack in the bathroom tended to be loose. Otherwise,, everything was good.
