Very clean, nicely decorated, spacious and close to very nice amenities and beach. All within walking distance.

We had a great 7 night stay. The property was perfectly located. The walk to the King’s shops was less than 5 minutes. We also walked to the beach and Lava Lava beach club. It is also relatively close to the Hilton resort and we purchased a day pass for the Hilton pool one day, which our teenage kids appreciated. The property was well stocked and clean. The layout worked well for our family. All of the necessary beach supplies were provided and in good condition … chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, cooler. The patio was a great spot for morning coffee or afternoon rest after the beach. We were also pleasantly surprised by the pool area. Usually we find condo pool areas to be uninspiring, but this property had a great pool area with plenty of chairs and umbrellas. It was not super crowded even during Spring Break. When we were there, the property’s guests were very quiet, even though it appeared to be fully occupied with a lot of families with young children. The check in and check out, including directions was very easy. We did not really cook during our stay but the kitchen appeared fully stocked with everything needed. We had a great time and would stay at this property again.

The condo is very comfortable and beautifully decorated in tropical colors. It looks out over the golf course and I enjoyed watching the golfers and numerous types of birds. It is located close to the pool, gym and barbecue area and within walking distance of shops and restaurants.

We enjoyed our stay in D-3 at the Fairway Villas! The condo was well stocked, especially with beach gear. We loved the wagon, beach chairs, umbrella, cooler backpacks, and boogie boards! This was a very comfortable condo for our family of four, we loved being so close to the Kings and Queens markets, and staying in Waikoloa put us in close proximity to Hupuna Beach and Kua Bay, two of our favorite beaches.

Location was perfect. Furnishings were comfortable. Response to any needs was timely

Condo is beautiful and extremely convenient to walk to stores, Starbucks and restaurants. Kitchen is extremely well stocked and outdoor closet on lanai has all the beach and snorkel gear you need.

The kitchen, in particular, was very well stocked with utensils, spices, storage dishes, knives etc

We spent a week here and it was lovely! The condo is so welcoming and clean. Comes with many household things like a laundry basket, high chair, pack n play, outdoor and beach items! I wish we had looked in the outdoor closet to see the boogie boards and pool noodles before we went to the store. Also had leftover spices/dry goods which was very helpful. Even had leftover lotions/sunscreens for when we were in a pinch. The ground level was a MUST for us and it was such a great location and we spent many hours on the comfortable outdoor furniture looking at the gold course and watching the birds, geckos, and a sneaky mongoose. At night it’s amazing for star gazing! 10/10 would recommend this condo to anyone looking in the area!

Book this condo! We stayed for over two weeks and the whole experience was nothing but wonderful! Easy check-in, great communication & flexibility on a late check out made this condo a true rare find! This condo was spotless clean on check in. The beds were comfortable and the condo is VERY well stocked with everything you need PLUS had beach chairs, coolers, boogie boards, snorkel gear and sand toys. Overall 5 stars!! Would stay again. Condo was as advertised. Appreciated the beach chairs in the outdoor closet.

My wife and two 20 something year old sons really enjoyed the condo. It was the perfect size, clean, quiet, and an excellent accommodation for all of our seaside adventures. I highly recommend it to other groups amd families our size and hope to be back for another stay someday. Oh, and the semi-open air gym is awesome. Cheers!

This is a very nice condo located very conveniently next to the Kings' Shops. Everything went very smoothly with the reservation and check in/out process. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything you might need, the beds were comfortable and it was perfect for our family of four.

We stayed here one week in August and it was perfect. Perfectly furnished, awesome pool, calm with good views, close to the best beaches, the best beach club with lava lava beach club and some good shops. We enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended

This is the most equipped vacation rental property I’ve stayed at! This condo has everything. The owners thoughtfully and tastefully decorated and equipped this space to maximize their guest’s stay. The king size bed in the master bedroom was extremely comfortable. The kitchen utensils, appliances, and spices were well stocked and in great condition. It is obvious that the owners and managers take great pride and care in sharing the property with guests. The extra large monitor on the desk in the dining room was a great asset to maximize my husband’s time when he had to work remotely for a bit. We also used it to discuss and research attractions and different hikes in the area - the larger screen made it so much easier for several people see the information. We have stayed at a few time-shares with a couple different companies, but none of those even came close to the provisions and amenities of this vacation rental. Our stay there convinced me NOT to buy a timeshare. My family has also stayed at a different condo in Waikoloa Fairway Villas (only because we needed more beds for an extended family gathering), and this condo is nicer, has more items in the kitchen and more equipment for the beach and travel. When we were in D3, I felt like we were in someone's home, not a rental property. I really can't think of anything that we needed or wanted that we didn't find. Thank you, owners, for equipping your condo with so many tools to make living in a different place for a week and a half really seamless. They even had first aid items in the linen closet! Little things like that made this condo our top pick for future vacations!!! I also liked the Shampoo/Conditioner provided at D3 better than those at the other condo. Some observations and favorite memories from our stay are… ~Watching the sunrise through the window on the master suite WHILE STILL IN BED! ~Several gourmet meals that were easily prepared, cleaned up and left overs stored thanks to the well-stocked kitchen and Fairway Villas' grilling area by the pool). ~Getting ready in the huge master bath while enjoying the painting, huge mirror, and fancy blue sinks! ~Snorkeling and eating a picnic lunch thanks to the beach provisions and coolers available with this condo. ~Walking to A-bay to watch the sunset and seeing turtles napping on the beach! ~Watching the maintenance crew care for the golf course and condos every morning - I was extremely impressed. ~Walking around the Kings and Queens shopping area! They have shave ice, gelato, souvenirs, eateries, groceries, clothiers, and more. Plus, a place to rent fun vehicles to cruise around the island for a couple hours or a couple days! One of the largest shopping areas on the Island is less than a mile from D3!!! We will definitely be back! Thank you, owners of Waikaloa Fairway Villa #D3 and Vacasa!!! This condo is the perfect home away from home when visiting the Big Island. It is located within a few minutes walking distance of both the King's and Queen's shops as well as A-bay and other walking trails. The condo is clean, modern, and well stocked with everything you need and communication and check in and out with Vacasa was seamless. Overall, a great experience.

This was a great location with out paying the premium of beach front. The condo was super modern and well styled. The condo sleeps 6 and caters for 6 however you do have to pack up the sofa bed. Having access to boogie boards and snorkels was a plus!

We enjoyed a 4-night stay at this 2BR condo and it was just right. We were traveling with my elderly mother-in-law and appreciated the accessibility of the unit. It was absolutely sparkling clean when we arrived, and well appointed with everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and sheets were incredibly soft. Instructions were very clear and the company checked in on us by text a few times during our stay. We had a view of the golf course just beyond the back door but it also felt private and secluded. Only a couple of small critiques - 1. There are instruction signs EVERYWHERE in the unit and although we got used to them, everyone found them a bit jarring and stressful when we arrived. We appreciate the desire to protect the owners property but it bordered on making us feel unwelcome. 2. The complex itself seems to be a mix of retiree full-time residents and short-term rentals. There are very strict rules about visitors, noise, etc. that give the feel that the residents may not want the short-term guests there at all. This isn’t Vacasa’s fault at all but rather the general feel of the community. Note that the smoking rules are quite strict (which is fine with me) but it meant my son had to escort my mother-in-law quite far anytime she wanted to smoke. The location is excellent - a 5 minute walk to two different shopping centers including a grocery store. We were able to prepare our own breakfasts and lunches at home which saved a ton of time and money. It’s also minutes from a great beach (next to Lava Lava Beach Club) which is ideal for a laid back beach day. All in all we would definitely recommend this condo and would stay here again!

Beautiful, spotless, updated condo. It was stocked with everything we needed right down to the beach chairs and snorkel equipment. The set of golf clubs was a real plus too. Management team was very attentive. Wish we could have stayed longer.

We completely loved our stay at Fairway Villas D3. Everything was perfect, from check in, to the condo itself, the property, pool, location! The condo had everything we needed and more… the little extras were so nice. It was well stocked, very clean and the property management company checked in with us several times. We were sad to leave and cannot wait to come stay here again!

Very clean and super convenient, it's a 5-minute walk to nearly everything. This unit has beach toys, chairs, snorkeling equipment, children's books, games, and a washer and dryer. You can't go wrong with this one!

This Fairway Villas condo is in a perfect Waikoloa location just a few minutes' walk to the King and Queen's shops. It has a very well-equipped kitchen - all types of small appliances, pots, pans, etc. that you could possibly need if you choose to cook while in Hawaii. The outdoor shed is very well-stocked with beach chairs, beach umbrella, boogie boards, cooler, fins, etc. We made use of all of it. The condo has plenty of beach towels and other towels as well (we've stayed in some places that give you exactly four towels for your stay) so you never run out. The washer/dryer are new and we used them multiple times so no need to bring so many clothes. We didn't really make use of the pool because we were at the beach every day but it seemed quite busy. A nice bonus for us was that we had an evening flight and were offered a late check-out by Vacasa (2:00 p.m. rather than 10:00 a.m. for a $40.00 cost) which was well worth it. They sent us an email two days prior to departure. I don't know if this is an option in all cases but it was great for us. Fairway Villas are a great condo complex and this condo was a great rental. I would highly recommend it.

The house was very comfortable, and the bed was fantastically comfortable. A bit on the soft side that we loved. The kitchen had so many seasonings, it was a pleasure to cook as the restaurants were packed to the gills with people. My only complaint was the air conditioning was a little noisy. I would definitely stay there again.
