The property is surrounded by lush tropical landscaping including a koi pond, stream, and waterfall. In the evening, take in the sunset from your private lanai, complete with peekaboo ocean views. Kick back on the sleeper sofa and watch your favorite shows on the Roku TV in the living room. Whip up tasty meals in the kitchen, outfitted with a full suite of appliances.

This condo's bedrooms are equipped with an Amazon Fire TV, with a queen sofa bed in the living room functioning as an additional sleeping space, if needed. Dine alfresco and enjoy partial ocean views on your private lanai. Royal Kahili amenities include a pool (heated and open year-round) with patio tables, a hot tub, multiple bbq areas, a library with a reading area, and a koi pond with a stream and waterfall. You'll also have WiFi, cable TV, a private washer/dryer, a Pack 'n Play, and a high chair. Beach chairs and water sports gear are provided in the rental. This suite includes central air-conditioning.

Head just half a mile to the beautiful sands and blue waters at Disappearing Sands Beach. Pahoehoe Beach Park and Magic Sands Beach Park are just a bit farther south along the shore. Walk across the street from Royal Kahili and go paddleboarding. Or bring a beach chair and watch for local turtles feeding on seagrass. Visit the Kona Farmers Market for fresh produce and handmade souvenirs. Practice your golf swing at the picturesque Kona Country Club.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The unit is beautiful, thoughtfully decorated, and very well equipped. It‚Äôs perfect for families ‚Äî there‚Äôs even a high chair available, and yoga equipment for anyone who wants to unwind or stretch after a long day. We had everything we needed and felt right at home. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had everything, and the location was convenient and relaxing. We truly enjoyed our time here and would recommend this unit to anyone looking for a great place to stay on the island. Mahalo for hosting us ‚Äî this was a wonderful experience!

The unit was very clean so that was nice. We requested a late check-out as our flight was not leaving until late afternoon and we were given a 2pm check-out. Thank you very much

We had a great stay, great location (beach is right across the street) and really appreciate all the thoughtfulness in the amenities the host provided (e.g. 6 beach towels since we had 6 people, fully stocked pantry). The hot tub was fixed during our stay.
